Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De chauffeur houdt een bord vast met uw naam erop. Chauffeurs wachten tot 30 minuten na de geplande ophaaltijd. Het is niet van toepassing als de vlucht of het schip vertraging heeft.

Great communication, they were clear on where to meet and perfectly on time. The driver was great, even asked if we wanted to stop somewhere for refreshments but we thought best to get something at the airport. Also they take card payment which was ideal as had little cash left on me at the end of the holiday. The vehicle was awesome too, plenty of space for me and the kids. I highly recommend!

First class service, so pleased with the communication and being organised. We were contacted a day before our departure and advised of possible delays due to road works, and arrangements were made to have us collected 30mins before to avoid disruptions. We got picked up and the young driver who was very polite and good manners. A lovely drive back heading back to the airport.. and a great ending to our holiday. It was great! Driver showed up just as requested, on time. We walked off the ferry and gathered our things, and the driver drove up immediately and helped us load all our luggage. He drove very well and got us to our destination with no issues and ahead of schedule. Vehicle was very nice and quite clean.

Taxis arrived prompt and was a luxury mini bus. Nikos the driver was so friendly and even suggested a panoramic view to stop off and took a photo for us. Excellent service. Communicated direct with Rethymno Easy Travel this time as the Viator booking process is not great. Would recommend whole heartedly recommend. Thank for ending our wonderful trip with an easy and comfortable transfer

Excellent service, Christos was there on time with a big smile on his face. Money well spent as the Tui transfer was due to take 2hr 20 mins verses, 1hr 10mins!

Booked for a return transfer between Chania and Rethymno. Good communication beforehand, ready and waiting for us in arrivals with sign. Driver was friendly and helpful and car was modern, clean and roomy. We were offered bottled water for the journey. We forgot a small bag in the car and I was able to contact the office and the driver returned immediately which was very kind. On return the driver was again sat waiting for us and was friendly and helpful. The option to pay by card was also useful. Excellent all round and would not hesitate to recommend or use again if in Crete.
