The excursion I booked was for 5 hours. We got 3 hours. We had to rent towels for $6 each (not mentioned beforehand). The food was so so. The bus left us there. We were on time to meeting place to return to ship, but the bus left without us. Just so happen, the taxi was waiting for us.... kinda looked like a set up to me. Paid for zip lining but not enough time to do all that we paid for with only 3 hours. We did enjoy the beach, water was beautiful. Will definitely return to Cozumel but not this business.

First of all shoutout to the tour guide Alberto and our driver Lupe, the very best at what they do. Very pleasant experience. Staff was knowledgeable and very informative throughout the duration of the trip. The zip line crew was amazing and you can tell they love what they do. They had a passion for safety yet making sure the guest feels comfortable and has fun. The beach was clean with plenty of seating areas(in shade and in sunshine). The buffet was good and the staff were very present. Doing the snorkel package as well was worth it if you like to view sea life. Like 20 feet from shore there is many crevices and patches of grass which are filled with all sorts of fish and other vibrant life. The waterpark was very clean and you can tell it’s new. Overall I’d recommend 11/10 based on service, experience, food and scenery.

Check in was terrible. Very rude staff. Half mile walk to the buffet only to he told no shirt, no shoes, no service..on the beach. Drinks do not start until 10am. Lazy river was not working. Beach area was nice. Water slides were great. Kids had fun zip lining, not enough time for everyone to go. Drinks were strong and food was good.

Nice park but absolutely everything is a up charge. We had an expectation were it would be similar to Mr sanchos it was not. Service was slow, zip line professional we rude and wouldn’t let the take your own, then wanted $250 for 8 photo of our frlm

Facility was great, food, drinks were great as well. Our guide Carlos was a different story. He didn't do a good job of guiding us on the bus ride. He didn't give us no cool information about Cozmel. Plus a guide is supposed to stay with his group from beginning to end. Carlos didn't, he didnt ride back with us on the bus plus he left members of his party at the resort to find a ride back to the terminal when the bus ride back was part of the package. I felt like his communication was not very good. If it wasn't for Carlos I would give it a 5 out of 5.

The experience was amazing the staff is super helpful and kind … if you can do the zip lining it was great the staff helped us enjoy our first time zip lining experience thank you to them for that. We will definitely have to come back for the amazing vibes and view 10/10 me and my husband recommends Denise our Guide was phenomenal so was José our driver

Kuza has surprised me infinity! It has a majestic beach, I have visited many beach clubs and I can say that KUZA surpasses them by far its beach is amazing, its first class infrastructure, all the beds in an excellent condition, the spots of the photos, the amazing staff with saying that the park manager himself coming to us to greet us thanks to Hector for the attentions and to José our waiter at the beach club, the very rich food especially the delicious pigletaaaa! Other than we took the zip line package and it was super fun and being able to admire everything from the heights 10/10! The super fun water park! And we always feel super safe my family and I! Don't miss the opportunity to visit... hoping to come back soon!!!

Felt like being in your own island. Jorge rocks as a tour guide and made sure our part of 6 was well taken care of . The view is beautiful and it was easy to get our own chairs.
