Cozumel : VIP-toegangspas bij KUZÁ Beach & Adventure Park

My son and I had an incredible day at Kuza. My 10‑year‑old son and I enjoyed nearly every part of the experience, from the waterpark and slides to the zip line and the beautiful, clean beach. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel even better. My son had an absolute blast, especially on the slides and kayaks, and the zip line added a fun bit of adventure for both of us. The only area I’d improve is the food included in the all‑inclusive package, but the strength of the drinks definitely helped balance that out. Overall, Kuza was the best excursion while on our 7-day cruise and we’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Cozumel.

Kuza was an amazing experience for our family. We arrived and made our way to the water park where we had our family base. The water at the pool gets a bad wrap for color but it's only because they didn't paint the pool the right color.. water was great both in the big pool and lazy river. We made our way to the beach mid-day and I've never seen water that color of blue, it was gorgeous. Drinks were good we enjoyed the mango drinks. Food was okay.. staff were very nice especially our server that ran all day to bring us drinks at the pool. We didn't get to the aip line but as a heads up it requires closed toes shoes.

We spent the day at KUZA Beach Adventure Park during our cruise stop in Cozumel, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. This is an easy 5-star experience. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful. The sand was soft and pristine, the water was gorgeous, and there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available. Even with other guests enjoying the resort, we never felt crowded or cramped and always had space to relax. Our group included kids ranging in age from 11 to 17, and they loved the included water activities. Unfortunately, it was too windy during our visit for paddleboarding, but there were still plenty of ways to enjoy the water and stay entertained throughout the day. The food exceeded our expectations. Between the buffet and the food trucks, there was a great variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. The drinks were equally impressive, with plenty of choices and excellent quality. What truly made the day special, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and focused on making sure guests had a great experience. A special shoutout goes to Anthony, who quickly became our favorite server. He was attentive without ever being intrusive and constantly made sure our drinks stayed full. More than once, we returned from a swim to find fresh refills waiting for us. He checked on us regularly, kept us laughing, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests feel welcome. We also want to recognize our guide, Denisse. From the moment we left the cruise port, she kept us informed, entertained us with stories about the island, and shared local history and information that helped us learn more about Cozumel. The drive to and from the resort felt like a bonus mini-tour. From the beautiful beach and great food to the outstanding staff and service, KUZA delivered a fantastic experience from start to finish. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cozumel.

Our family with 2 teen boys and a 9 year old had the best day here. We did all activities: the Razor/UTV ride, zip lining, water park, and beach. We enjoyed our day very much/ all staff were super helpful and kind. We visited the buffet several times and enjoyed the food options. We would visit again!

This was a very nice experience, we got the all inclusive VIP getting our own cabana was lots of fun, we did snorkeling, had all food and water handed to us and you are waited on hand and foot. It was absolutely wonderful.!

I typically take reviews “with a grain of salt” you pretty much have to however I wish I had not with the Kuza Beach Park VIP excursion in Cozumel offered by Royal Caribbean. We purchased the VIP all inclusive excursion. I have to say, at the pier the tour guide said something had come in overnight and the water was a little brown. We went anyway ( big mistake). The water was disgusting, but that’s Mother Nature not the park’s fault. It is a long walk in the heat from the bus to the beach. The water park was not included in the “all inclusive”. The food was so bad we could not eat it in the buffet restaurant. We tried the food that was on the beach for all inclusive guests, also inedible. Hot dog was raw with partially raw bacon wrapped around it. Drinks have very little alcohol if any. Transportation back to main entrance never showed up. Worst excursion we have ever experienced.

I booked KUZÁ for myself, my husband, and my two young sons. When we arrived, we noticed immediately that the kids splash area was under construction. Understandable, but we were disappointed that this was advertised as an option when we booked just days before. My son is not tall enough for the large slides so this limited what we could do. We sat by the pool for a few hours and our waiter was very attentive, which was great. We stuck mostly with beer as the cocktails were not good. The snacks by the pool were okay at best. Our son did have a great time just swimming in the pool, but we booked the VIP package, so we headed to the beach. There were not enough trams running to manage the volume of guests. We ended up walking to the beach and were disappointed to find that there was another walk to the end of the beach for the so called VIP area. We booked VIP for access to a cabana, which we were immediately told was not available that day. We expressed our frustration as we only booked VIP for this reason, as we wanted a shaded bed for our infant son. VIP is also advertised as having a personal waiter, but there was literally one waiter helping everyone in our section. We had more attentive service by the pool. Food at the VIP buffet was mediocre at best. There was a ton of seaweed at the beach. Ended up leaving because it was taking so long to get drinks and we were upset about the lack of shade for our baby. Overall we were very disappointed. I think this facility has potential to be great, but we were sold an exclusive experience that simply does not exist here. For nearly $300, I expected more and would recommend not wasting your money. Should have gone with one of the more established beach clubs.

I booked this excursion through Viator, the first booking was cancelled-by tour operator, I rebooked, morning of the date I scheduled to go I received another notice that it had been cancelled by tour operator. I contacted Viator-they said nothing could be done-Then-I was charged anyway. Now have to dispute charge w/ Chase. Others on the cruise I was on had same problem w/ Viator-cancelling tours on the same day the were scheduled to go-don't believe I would trust this company to book excursions anymore

We did rent the razor after and it was fun, but not worth the 200 dollars. We also prefer not being so far from the beach to the pool! We had to rent lockers again once we changed spots from the beach to the pool! 6 bucks for each locker. We also weren’t impressed with the food section that was included! Not a huge selection! We also prefer having our own waiter and not having to go hunt for everything. Everything was so far away from everything. It wasn’t for us.
