Spring op onze klassiek-achtige trolleybus voor een plezierige en leuke manier om de hoogtepunten van het centrum van Cozumel te bezoeken en heb wat vrije tijd om te wandelen en te winkelen bij het centrale plein. Profiteer van de beste landschappen om foto's te maken van de stad en andere aantrekkelijke plekken. Het is dan tijd om de benen te strekken en de winkels aan het centrale plein te verkennen. Vind een breed scala aan goederen van overal; van ouderwets handwerk in vrolijke kleuren tot verfijnde merkkleding, horloges, sieraden en parfums. Mis de kans niet om wat selfies te maken bij de kleurrijke Cozumel-add, de gigantische Mexicaanse vlag en de baai van San Miguel voordat het tijd is om terug te gaan naar het schip na een gedenkwaardig uitje. VOOR GASTEN DIE VIA EEN CRUISESCHIP NAAR COZUMEL KOMEN : Vanaf Puerta Maya Pier U dient zich te melden bij ons verzamelpunt in winkelen Royal Village. Om het te vinden, loopt u buiten de cruiseterminal, eenmaal buiten, met uitzicht op de straat en met de zee op uw rug loopt u naar links en zoekt u het Hard Rock Café bij dit winkelen. Vanaf de internationale pier Loop buiten de cruiseterminal, voor de pier vindt u het winkelen Royal Village. Steek de straat over bij de voetgangersoversteekplaats om de Playa Mia-stand te vinden bij de hoofdingang van het winkelcentrum, vlak voor het Hard Rock Café. Vanaf Punta Langosta Pier Het ontmoetingspunt bevindt zich in de cruiseterminal, voor de Duty free store.

Alex the tour guide as Awesome!! He knew everyone by name and I was shocked by this alone. Alex was very thorough in explaining the attractions. When we stopped to get out and explore he made sure we were aware of the time we had and told us of things we could do on our own. You must use Cozumel Tours by Trolly!! Go Alex!!
This tour by Trolley in Cozumel City was excellent! We visited the City via Royal Carribean Cruise ship; Star of The Seas May 22, 2026. Pedro and Alejandro was outstanding driver and tour guide. Alejandro really shared a lot of condensed history about Mexico culture in general. Also he took us to Iglesias de San Miguel Catholic Church. It was amazing and very educational experience. He piled us up with plesant stops at vendors, views of the City, shops and much more. The tour guide was also personable, kind, and knowledgeable. The trolley driver was focused, safe driving and passenger friendly. Wife and I fully enjoyed this tour in Cozumel City. We certainly will do it again, and recommend the Tour Trolley. They're the best!
Excellent Air conditioned Trolley!! History of Island is excellent!! Bring earplugs because microphone system is too loud and voice echoes. Harder to understand History and Touring information communicated by Tour Guide.
Not too much to see just send us to market for 1 hour and then stopped at no where for fruits and food and jewelsry
The driver and guide were fine but I expected more of a tour of the historical architecture and culture of the city than we received. The tour actually consisted of basically two stops, at a church and a "ruin", each located within areas with significant touristy options like shops, restaurants, etc providing opportunities for photos and everything. I guess I was just disappointed at the commercialism of the experience.
Difficult finding the meeting place. Signage very small. Walked right past it. Trolley late in arrival.
It was raining and we got dropped off for an hour. Luckily we were hungry and got a bite to eat. Woodys was fun
Our Trolley city tour was a fun and informative experience. Mayra our guide was very knowledgeable about the city and in giving us tips to our visit. We had some free time to shop at the market. Good prices, must bargain. Lots of choices, nice crafty items to appreciate. Overall a pleasant comfortable trolley experience which I do recommend.
An inaccurate description was put on the viator app. We expected a pickup at the Cruise terminal. It did not. When we texted no on texted back in a timely matter and we ended up walking through the streets of Cozumel with an 89 year old, an 85 year old, and an 82 year old. They were frightened. And exhausted. Then we were late and missed the trolly. And both viator and the trolly company have refused to refund our money. I have a pic to prove the bad directions but it won't let me paste it here. I would think twice before looking through it viator again.
We did the City Trolley Tour. We all enjoyed this so much. We had never see the downtown area. I would recommend this tour to everyone.
