It was awesome! Our tour guide and drivers were great. Check in was easy. ATV was fun and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Very fun but unsafe. We had several in our group get injured….one man broke his arm, one flew off the ATV and landed in a puddle of water with rocks on the ground and suffered deep cuts and bruises, another hit a tree. After looking at the pictures we realized the tread on the tires was nearly gone in some cases and everyone said the brakes did not function well. The group had fun but all the injuries made it an obvious bad choice for us.
Thank you very much for booking your tour with us. Regarding the incidents that occurred in the group, there were 2. Unfortunately, the people lost control of the ATV, which was the reason for those couple of incidents. As you saw, the tour takes place on all-terrain land, which makes it fun but at the same time requires a lot of caution. I will speak with the maintenance staff to check the brake failure you mentioned.
Great staff and transport! Really they were great. Equipment - A problem. The ATVs have issues. A wheel literally fell off the four-wheeler. At least it kept the adrenaline factor up! The four wheeler tires were balder than Pitbull’s shiny noggin.

Chris and Miguel were awesome! Gracious hosts — very engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly, We had a great time on the ATVS. We did 5 double rider ATVs. Perfect sized groups. They take your pics. It really is a rough ride through the trees/jungle. You’ll get really muddy. Also, We did tequila tasting at the end and it was the best! Highly recommend spending your time here. Good for most ages.

Incredible experience!! Rudy and Victor were amazing, attentive guides for our ATV tour. They trained us well and kept close to make sure we were safe and taken care of. It had rained the night before so we got to slosh through giant puddles, which made it even more fun! I would definitely book this again!

Ride was fantastic. Guides freindly and helpful. Trail was great - over rocks, logs, and through lots of water. Big negative was pickup points as advertised. They never showed up and had to take a cab to the location after calling to find out where they were. Cost an additional $15 so not a=happy about that. Makes me think twice ablut using Viator again!

This was a fun excursion. The ATV area is at a property with zip lines, etc. but does go into wooded areas so you definitely get a variety of terrains! Everyone at the park was very friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there was more waiting around (pick up was a few minutes later than expected and we ended up waiting awhile with the group before starting the activity). This being said, they were very cognizant of the timeframe to return to our cruise port and we were back within plenty of time. Overall would recommend!

This tour was great and fun! We had a blast riding the ATVs. The gides were very knowledgeable! The transportation to the ATV park could have been better. He had to keep going under the hood to get the AC to stay on. The van was very old and had smelly standing water in the trunk. It was hard to breathe inside the van, but the driver was excellent! The tequila tasting could have been a little better. The bottles looked like they had been opened for a while.

Just had a great time , very safe , return back to ship on time , also our ride was great , I love to woods an rocks an all that was included on the ride , I am 62 years old an enjoyed every moment, including the mud holes !! lol
