Bij Pronoia Casa de Playa ontvangen we maximaal 15 cruisegasten per dag. Dit is geen drukke strandclub : het is een klein, door een familie beheerd huis aan het strand op 27 minuten van de haven, waar de drukte eindigt en het rif begint. 100 meter privéstrand, een drijvend platform, hangmatten en een dakterras met uitzicht op zee en de jungle. We draaien op zonne-energie en geoogst regenwater. Het is geen luxe resort — het is een ontspannen plek voor reizigers die authenticiteit, natuur en behandeld worden als een persoon in plaats van een nummer waarderen. Je bent twee uur voor vertrek terug in de haven. Gegarandeerd. Sargassum : als de zeewieromstandigheden slecht zijn op de dag van uw bezoek, sturen wij u foto's voordat u de haven verlaat en kunt u annuleren voor een volledige terugbetaling. We verliezen liever een boeking dan dat je je enige dag ergens aan wal doorbrengt waar je niet wilt zijn.

Ontmoetingspunt : de replica van de Mayatempel, bij de uitgang van de cruiseterminal van Costa Maya (Av. Paseo del Puerto 1286, Mahahual). Het is een grote stenen piramide, onmogelijk te missen, op korte loopafstand van de uitgang van de pier, naast Maya Art Costa Maya. Uw chauffeur staat daar te wachten met een bord met uw naam erop. Als je hem niet ziet, bel dan via WhatsApp, of schrijf naar het nummer : + 52 983 107 08 14 - we beantwoorden rigth away. Wij garanderen uw terugkeer naar de haven 2 uur voor all-aboard tijd.

I spent some time at Casa Pronoia and I still miss this place. It’s just paradise in the jungle. The colors and sounds of the palms, ocean, birds, and iguanas just chilling in the sun make you feel really relaxed. Perfect place to chill in a hammock on the beach, swim, or go snorkeling. You can even learn how to open a coconut or relax on the rooftop and watch the stars. Great margaritas, nice food, and like-minded people around. The owner Chino puts a lot of energy and care into this place. I highly recommend Casa Pronoia ❤️
The place is wonderful, the staff guys very friendly and the food very rich, I was looking for a place where I could relax from the noise of people and certainly this place has everything. The beach is beautiful and my daughter loved it, I would definitely come back here. It is far away but worth living this experience even for a few hours and that makes it unique.

This was a legit slice of heaven. A private Mexican beach excursion off the beaten path. The host was amazing and so friendly. It's not fancy by any means, but so comfortable and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The food was great, and the drinks were refreshing. There was snorkel gear, lounge chairs and shade. The kids also loved the slack line. The only negative thing, which is by no fault of the host, is that there was an overwhelming amount of sargassum, so we were unable to fully enjoy the beach. He did let me know ahead of time that the seaweed was quite bad. The host was very communicative and helpful when I was having trouble finding the taxi driver. I would definitely go back here if I sailed into Costa Maya again. It was an authentic Mexican experience!
We went to spend an afternoon at the beach house with my wife and two children. Everything Pronoia offered us made our day amazing. The boys had a lot of activities to do, games, ping pong, snorkeling, beach, ball. We had time to relax and eat and drink something (very delicious!).
I went just to spend all day there... I had an excellent day, peace and quiet surrounded by nature, I ate very well, had some chelas on the beach and left. Excellent truth, very good care of the place. To recommend!
We arrived on board and spent the day in Pronoia! An afternoon for remembrance! First we go to the sea by kayak, to snorkel and see the fish and corals. After a while we came back and we were already waiting with food (fresh fishing that same day!). He also set up a volleyball tournament with the rest of the people who arrived on the boat. A few beers and sunset to end a tremendous day! I recommend it!
We had an amazing family day in Pronoia. We stayed about 4 or 5 hours and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The concept of 'Boutique Beach' is really felt in the exclusivity and treatment of the staff, but with the great success of not losing that rustic and authentic air of a quiet place, away from the crowds and noise. The food was delicious (extra point for the freshness of the ingredients) and the atmosphere of the bar is ideal to relax with a drink while enjoying the view. My daughter had so much fun playing volleyball on the beach. If you are looking to escape the most saturated areas and seek attentive service in a cared environment, this is the place. We would definitely come back!
I went with my wife and 6-year-old son to spend the day. A different place, you're really in the middle of the jungle and you're practically alone. We loved it. In fact we are left wanting to sleep which must also be good. He's even got snorkeling, I could do with my son, it's all there, just zero dangerous. I recommend!
We went with friends on the road and it was amazing. You fall asleep and wake up listening to the sea. the super fresh, healthy and tasty food (great for vegetarians). my head reset to 100% I really recommend it to go with friends, couple, even alone. The staff of 10, I'd really come back, it's an amazing place that exceeded my expectations.
