Als je een hele dag aan het strand wilt genieten, is elke dag bij Tossa de Mar absoluut geweldig. Naast het schone en kristalheldere water, omgeven door natuur en historische monumenten, beschikt de stad over de juiste diensten om een aangenaam en leuk verblijf te garanderen: van de verhuur van ligbedden en parasols tot een breed scala aan wateractiviteiten. Zodra we in Tossa de Mar aankomen, zullen we, voor degenen die dat wensen, en al inbegrepen in de tourprijs, beginnen aan een wandeltocht langs de versterkte omtrek tot aan de vuurtoren op de top. Bij het afdalen gaan we door de smalle straatjes van de oude twee tot we bij het vissersdistrict komen. Daarna heb je vrije tijd om te genieten van de 3 stranden van Tossa: Het grote strand genaamd “La Playa grande” heeft de meest centrale en uitgestrekte ligging. Het strand genaamd “La Playa de la Mar Menuda”, is een ondieper strand met rustiger water. Het strand genaamd “La Playa d´es Codolar” is ongetwijfeld de beste weergave van de typische “cala” van de Costa Brava.

We had such a wonderful time visiting Costa Brava from Barcelona! The whole beach town was absolutely beautiful, and the views from the castle were breathtaking. It was even more beautiful in person than I expected. I really enjoyed having some free time to explore at our own pace, enjoy a nice lunch, and visit the three beautiful beaches. There was a perfect mix of sightseeing and relaxing, and the scenery was incredible throughout the day. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Spain, and I would happily recommend this day trip to anyone visiting Barcelona. A beautiful and memorable experience!
It was a great day! Started with a short tour with Nyam, who was amazing and so knowledgeable, before having 4hours to sit in the beach and explore. Perfect amount of time
The providers are great. Everything went smoothly, and I’d take this tour again, especially in the off season. Tossa de Mar in July is high season and very busy. It was absolutely picturesque. I would go and just walk around. Worth a visit!

Beautiful day trip to Tossa de Mar. The bus was on time and very comfortable. Mimi our guide was attentive and knowledgeable. After the castle tour with Mimi (which was optional) we had plenty of free time to shop, eat, and beach. Highly recommend this tour for all the beach lovers

Barcelona: Tossa de Mar Day Tour with Beach Time – A Perfect Day on the Costa Brava We had a wonderful day in Tossa de Mar! From start to finish, the tour was extremely well organized. Check-in, boarding the bus, and arriving at our destination were all easy, smooth, and efficient. Our guide was friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the guided walk through the historic fortress and medieval town, learning about the area’s history before setting off to explore on our own. Having nearly four hours of free time was the perfect balance. It gave our family plenty of time to relax on the beautiful Mediterranean beach, take in the breathtaking coastal views, enjoy a leisurely lunch, and simply soak in the atmosphere at our own pace. If you’re looking for a day trip from Barcelona that combines history, stunning coastal scenery, and enough free time to truly experience Tossa de Mar, this tour is an excellent choice. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would highly recommend it.
Great experience although it rained all day and we could not enjoy the beach. Sam was a great guide and gave us lots of options to enjoy the area although the weather was not great. I will definitely book the tour again when I return to Barcelona!
