Na een korte transfer vanaf het verzamelpunt gaan we naar de Parterre di Cortona, een ruim vlak gebied perfect om onze spannende e-bike tour te beginnen, genietend van een prachtig uitzicht over de Valdichiana.
Villa Bramasole, beroemd als de residentie van Francies Mayes en bekend als de villa in de film "Onder de Toscaanse zon", betovert met zijn Renaissance architectuur en zijn Italiaanse tuinen. Tijdens onze e-bike tour biedt het een unieke culturele en historische ervaring.
De basiliek van Santa Margherita in Cortona is gewijd aan Santa Margherita da Cortona, de beschermheilige van de stad. Het is een plaats van grote spiritualiteit en geschiedenis, waar bezoekers de overblijfselen van de heilige kunnen bewonderen en haar leven en bijdrage aan de gemeenschap kunnen ontdekken.
Het Fort van de Girifalco domineert het panorama van Cortona en is een indrukwekkend middeleeuws fort dat een adembenemend uitzicht biedt over de stad en het omliggende platteland. Het is een perfecte plek om de militaire geschiedenis van Cortona te verkennen en te genieten van een spectaculair uitzicht.
De Hermitage van Le Celle is een spirituele plaats gelegen in de buurt van Cortona, bekend om zijn bewoond door Sint Franciscus van Assisi. Het biedt een sfeer van rust en reflectie, ondergedompeld in de ongerepte natuur van Toscane.
We maken een korte stop om de Etruskische stad te bewonderen voordat we verder gaan naar de eindbestemming, de wijnmakerij, waar de ervaring in luxe en comfort wordt voortgezet.
De finale van onze e-bike reis brengt u naar een verfijnde wijnmakerij, waar u zult worden verrast door uitzonderlijke smaken en een samengestelde wijncombinatie. My wife and I chose this tour based on the reviews. They were spot on. The tour exceeded my expectations. Roberto was more of friend than a tour guide. I highly recommend this trip if you’re looking for a casual ride, seeing amazing historical sites, and finishing with some of the regions best Syrah.
Roberto gave us an unforgettable day in Cortona! The clear weather was perfect for our e-bike ride, which provided awesome views of the surrounding countryside as we toured the town's historic sites. We were particularly impressed by our visit to the Fortress of Girifalco. Roberto’s deep knowledge of local history is extensive, and the views from the top of the fortress walls were incredible. The entire itinerary was thoughtfully planned, culminating in a wine lunch with a local winemaker. While the food and wines were exceptional, the conversation made the afternoon feel like a family get-together. If you are visiting Cortona, this e-bike experience is one that you should consider.

Roberto gave us an amazing day! We weren't sure about the tour as it was expected to rain all day and we had booked the e-bike tour. Roberto was very flexible in giving us our choice to still do the bikes but assured us he had an alternative day planned by vehicle that we would like just as much. He was true to his word. The day was thoughtfully planned and in my opinion covered so many things that people would like to do and come to this region to experience. We loved the whole day but our favorite part was the end where we sat down to an amazing meal with a small winemaker. Not only are his wines (and the lunch) amazing but we so just enjoyed the conversation with both men. Roberto’s trip was incredible. It was a private tour and he made it work for me and several relatives that did not have the ability to ride the bikes. The history was on point. He could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. The mid day surprise was amazing, and the wine lunch was perfection. 10/10 worth every cent
