We booked not knowing we were located out of their pickup area, but instead of them canceling they picked us up. There's a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes and clothes. The streets are crowded and narrow. The tour was a couple hours and he didn't rush through it. Carlos was very nice and even asked if he could drop us off somewhere else besides the hotel.

Our visit to Comuna 13 in Medellín was absolutely unforgettable. Andre, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history and transformation of the neighborhood. Throughout the walk, Andre made sure we were comfortable and even took beautiful photos of our group, capturing the colorful murals and vibrant atmosphere perfectly. The tour ended at a lovely restaurant with a spectacular panoramic view of Medellín — the perfect way to wrap up an inspiring day. I highly recommend this tour and especially Andre for anyone wanting to truly experience the heart and spirit of Comuna 13!

This was an amazing experience. You get to be immersed in the culture and enjoy the local traditions, as well as have an areal view of the community from the tram. I would recommend this for anyone who loves art, music, culture, and food!

Very nice tour, it would have been nice to have lunch at one of the many restaurants The pictures were amazing and the walking was good Cable car views priceless

Our guide Jaime was knowledgeable and told the whole story of Comuna 13-no holds barred. The good with the bad. Very informative and gave a really good idea about the transformation this area has undergone since the 1980s.
