The visit to the Colosseum went very well; our resource person was waiting for us at the meeting point as planned, and he gave us good advice for visiting the site and on a few other points of interest.
Audio stopped working after 15 minutes (after 4 stops played) and was without audio the rest of the tour.
Hi Cheryl, We are truly sorry to hear that your audio guide stopped working after just 15 minutes. We understand how frustrating it is to lose your narration right at the start of your Colosseum experience. The thick stone walls of the Colosseum can sometimes cause cellular network drops, which can interrupt the digital guide stream. However, this is certainly not the experience we want for our guests.

There was a small issue at the beginning, it was impossible to find Christophe for 45 minutes. In searching, it was not his fault because they are not allowed to put up little flags or anything after having turned in every direction, finally here he is. Very friendly with good advice and little tips!! We received a message in the morning telling us to meet at a certain place, but in fact, he was at the back. Not a big deal, we saw him. Thank you for everything, I recommend it. Really, the visit to the Colosseum with the audio guide was very good, thank you, thank you.

Not good. Viator asked me for information yet did not process that information so I was unable to get my tickets.

Unfortunately, everything was a bit unclear. No ticket was sent via email. No one was there on site. We had to pick up the ticket at the office (45 minutes away). There was no audio guide even though it was booked.
1: the tickets are not sent either by email or by WhatsApp as indicated when you make the reservation. After several calls, they do not provide any information, and what they send you is a photo of the man you need to locate, in the middle of the Coliseum square (looking for Waldo). After two hours of searching, we were able to locate him, he handed us the tickets, and he did not provide any explanation or information. Additionally, the tickets included an audio guide, and it was impossible to access the application. We had to access the official Coliseum application.
