Ervaar de grandeur van het oude Rome met onze Colosseum Arena-vloer, het Forum Romanum en de Palatijn-heuveltour. Ga terug in de tijd terwijl je het iconische Colosseum verkent, ooit het epicentrum van Romeins entertainment. Daal af in de oude arena, waar gladiatoren ooit voor hun leven vochten, en stel je het gebrul van de menigte voor terwijl je op de grond staat waar geschiedenis werd geschreven. Maar het Colosseum is nog maar het begin. Vervolg je reis door het Forum Romanum, een uitgestrekt complex van tempels, markten en overheidsgebouwen, waar het hart van het oude Rome klopt. Treed in de voetsporen van keizers terwijl je tussen de ruïnes dwaalt, verwonder je over de ongelooflijke architectuur en stel je voor hoe het leven was in dit bruisende centrum van het burgerleven. Beklim vervolgens de Palatijn, de legendarische geboorteplaats van Rome. Ontdek de overblijfselen van weelderige paleizen en bewonder een panoramisch uitzicht over de stad beneden.

Uw Expert Gids brengt het Colosseum tot leven met een diepgaand bezoek van 1 uur. Kies de Arena-optie voor een 1,5 uur durende ervaring die exclusieve toegang tot de arenavloer omvat.
Breng 1 uur door met het verkennen van het Forum Romanum met je Gids en ontdek de tempels, bogen en wegen die het politieke en sociale hart van het oude Rome vormden.
Uw tour eindigt op de Palatijn, de legendarische stichtingsheuvel van Rome. Verken de ruïnes van keizerlijke paleizen en geniet van een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht over de stad beneden.

- Geef tijdens het reserveren de volledige namen van alle reizigers op. Als u bij het ticketkantoor niet vóór binnenkomst een voucher met de volledige namen van alle reizigers toont, kan dit ertoe leiden dat u de toegang tot het Colosseum en het Forum Romanum wordt ontzegd.
- Voor succesvolle toegang tot het Colosseum en het Forum Romanum moet elke reiziger een geldig paspoort of identiteitsbewijs overleggen dat overeenkomt met de naam die is opgegeven bij het boeken.
- Bij slecht weer kan de arenavloer zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden afgesloten. In deze gevallen kan geen restitutie worden verleend
- Vergadertijd is 30 minuten voor aanvangstijd. Een late aankomst leidt tot weigering van toegang en verlies van tourkosten.
- Bij aankoop van onze service is de toegangsprijs voor de archeologische vindplaatsen inbegrepen, namelijk €18 voor volwassenen (of €22 voor de Arena-optie), samen met €2 reserveringskosten. Kinderen jonger dan 18 jaar hebben gratis toegang. Het resterende deel van de betaling dekt essentiële diensten zoals assistentie bij ontmoetingspunten, boekingskosten, live gids, headsets en andere gerelateerde diensten om uw algehele ervaring te verbeteren.
- Houd er rekening mee dat de route van de tour kan variëren in volgorde, afhankelijk van de omstandigheden ter plaatse of optimalisatie van de planning. Hoewel alle genoemde gebieden (Colosseum, Forum Romanum en Palatijn) zijn inbegrepen in de tour, kan de volgorde van de bezoeken worden aangepast - de tour kan bijvoorbeeld beginnen met het Forum Romanum voordat u het Colosseum binnengaat.
- De openingstijden en laatste toegangstijden voor het Colosseum en het Forum Romanum variëren per seizoen. Van 30 maart tot 30 september sluiten de vestigingen om 19:15 uur (laatste toegang om 18:15 uur); van 1 oktober tot 25 oktober sluiten de vestigingen om 18:30 uur (laatste toegang om 17:30 uur); en van 26 oktober tot 28 februari sluiten de vestigingen om 16:30 uur (laatste toegang om 15:30 uur).
- Tijdens de zomermaanden worden een hoed en waterfles sterk aanbevolen. Watertankstations zijn beschikbaar op het terrein.

Our tour guide Monika was absolutely amazing! The team actually gave us a call half an hour earlier and sent us their location on maps to help us find them on time. We had a stroller with us and Monika made sure to take easier paths and helped with the stroller when needed. She also helped take group photos/videos for us which we appreciated. The tour was very informative and Monika had brought a book with historic photos which was great. Overall 10/10 recommend this tour!

Scott our toor guide did an excellent job presenting the colosseum, forum zone and the palatine hill area to the group. He did a grrat job pacing the tour and finding rest stops which really offset the heat and direct sunlight. Besides his vast knowledge of the venues, he interacted with virtually everybody on the tour at some point which was nice and made it feel like a custom, private tour. Scott’s voice through the earphone was loud, articulate, and easy to listen to and understand. The tour never bogged down as some do, even with the hot day it was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I highly recommend the tour to others and can assure you will learn from Scott’s vast knowledge and that he will make sure you are comfortable from beginning to end.
