- Klanten hebben een verplichte vergadertijd die 30 minuten voor de geplande vertrektijd wordt vermeld vanwege management- en organisatorische redenen.
- Het wordt aanbevolen om een opgeladen smartphone en, indien mogelijk, een koptelefoon mee te nemen om beter naar de audiogids te luisteren.
- Annuleringen, wijzigingen of problemen als gevolg van weersomstandigheden, beveiliging en evenementen in het bezit van het monument vallen buiten onze controle en worden rechtstreeks bepaald door hun administratieteam. Deze kwesties zullen door ons worden beoordeeld en op individuele basis worden behandeld, maar vallen onder de verantwoordelijkheid van het monument.
- Houd er rekening mee dat het Colosseum om veiligheidsredenen plaats biedt aan maximaal 3.000 personen tegelijk. Dit kan leiden tot vertragingen in de toegang tot het terrein, zelfs voor vooraf geboekte bezoekers.
- De exacte tijden en reserveringen kunnen variëren, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van het monument / de vestigingen van het administratiekantoor en beslissingen op de boekingsdag en kunnen op het laatste moment worden gewijzigd. De vertrektijd kan tot 20 minuten verschillen van de door u geselecteerde tijd.
- Vanwege oneffen oppervlakken wordt deze tour niet aanbevolen voor mensen met loopproblemen of het gebruik van een rolstoel.
- Houd er rekening mee dat grote tassen / rugzakken / koffers niet zijn toegestaan in het monument / attractie. Alleen zeer kleine tassen zijn toegestaan. Breng deze items niet mee op de dag van uw tour, want er zijn geen garderobes bij het monument.
- Voor succesvolle toegang tot het Colosseum en het Forum Romanum moet elke reiziger een geldig paspoort of identiteitsbewijs overleggen dat overeenkomt met de naam die is opgegeven bij het boeken.
- Kinderen moeten worden begeleid door een volwassene en Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan in de locatie

Visiting sites in Rome (outside the Vatican) does not necessarily require passing through a platform. It is better to buy the tickets on the spot much cheaper. No olus-value in passing through Viator. We were 3 couples none paid the same rate from 75€ to more than 100€ for two entrances. While on site access to the Coliseum is possible from 18€.

The location and spectacle of the sites in front of us were breath-taking and should have been memories for life. Sadly the app used to self guide failed to download. Despite many attempts to resolve this with the supplier, we were left disappointed and walking through the historic offering, without the true knowledge of what we were looking at We feel totally disappointed and above all by the lack of aftercare and compassion from supplier

Despite this, our team did everything possible to assist you remotely and tried repeatedly to help you resolve the issue with the app. Unfortunately, when guests do not follow the provided instructions, it limits our ability to offer proper assistance on site. For this reason, we find your review not only unfair, but also misleading and unnecessarily offensive toward our staff, who acted with professionalism and availability throughout. We strongly recommend that future visitors carefully follow the instructions provided in the voucher and tour description, rather than proceeding independently, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. It takes you through the booking process for a self guided tour and you download everything and discover this isn’t the ticket . So then on the day of your visit you have to get yourself to an obscure office a mile away from the colosseum . I don’t manage to find it . So as not to miss my time I then went to the queue to reason with the colosseum staff . Showed them the downloaded items and barcodes but no they wouldn’t accept unless you have the hard copy voucher from the tour company . Stupid system - digital but not . So I missed out altogether . Total RIP off and nothing VIP about it. Don’t waste your money on these type of tours

All guests are required to come to our office — located just a 4-minute walk from the Colosseum — to check in and collect the official entry tickets before accessing the site. The full address and our contact details are clearly indicated on the voucher, and our assistance team is always available by phone or WhatsApp to help with directions or any last-minute issue. Unfortunately, since you went directly to the Colosseum without collecting your tickets or contacting our assistance line, the Colosseum staff could not allow entry, as they only accept the official printed tickets issued by authorized agencies. We’re truly sorry that this misunderstanding prevented you from enjoying your visit. We always encourage guests to read the meeting instructions carefully and to contact us immediately if they have any difficulty — we would have been happy to help them reach our office and collect their tickets on time.
Horrible experience. The app is ridiculously hard to use and inaccurate. It is not supported by the Colosseum and it is very hard to know where you are in the tour as there are no indicators for the stops called out in the app If you want to gain knowledge about the Colosseum, use a guided tour. If you just want to see it, do it on your own and save your money

Super easy to navigate! We took our time and were able to go to lunch and a nap after the Colosseum. Went back for palatine hill and Roman forum when it was slightly cooler in the day. Great experience for anyone who wants to go at their own pace.

The guide was brilliant, v knowledgeable, we had time to stand and admire the colosseum. Unfortunately we went to the wrong meeting place but the guide was v patient whilst we caught up. Excellent, would recommend.

Our tour guide Andrea was so great! He is a native Roman and exudes passion and love for his city! He kept us cool in the shade while constantly providing us with historical information about the colosseum as well as the Roman Forum. The tour was jam packed with information and wonderful sights, it did not feel like a 3 hour session! We had a moment in between to stop for restroom breaks and for vending machine snacks. P.S. the guys selling water outside are charging the same price as the vending machines, so unless they are selling water for less than $1.50, just get it the legal way at the machines!
