The falconry class was fantastic. Deanna was very informative and professional. She made the experience fun and engaged with the entire group. We got to watch her work with her falcons and we were able to hold one as well. I highly recommend this experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful experience! After completing the Beginner class and demonstration, we were so impressed that we booked the Intermediate session just four days later. This class offered an incredible opportunity to get up close and interact with these beautiful raptors. Master Falconer DeAnna was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure every part of the experience was memorable. The smaller class size allowed for more one‑on‑one time with each raptor—owl, hawk, and falcon—as well as plenty of time to ask additional questions. We also learned a great deal about the conservation efforts supported through Falconry. Highly recommend this unique and unforgettable experience.

My 10 year old wasn’t too excited he didn’t really understand what falconry is. After it was don’t & we left & he was talking a mile a minute about it. While on the nature hawk-walk we were with Maverick. Maverick kind of went a bit off script in the best way! I’m sure the handlers may have been nervous about it, but all of us guests were loving it! So much personality it was a beautiful experience!

We had such a memorable experience at the Hands‑On Falconry Class and Demonstration. The presentation of different falcon breeds and even owls was fascinating. Each bird had a “Top Gun”‑inspired name, which added a fun touch to the experience. Our instructor (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly down‑to‑earth, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about every bird she works with. Getting to the location was neat as we drove through the Broadmoor area with amazing landscaping and then boarded a comfortable van that took us to the demonstration classroom. After learning about the birds up close, the van brought us to an open park area where the hands‑on portion took place. One of the highlights was watching the instructor work with her favorite falcon, Maverick. Out of nowhere, Maverick swooped down from a tree and caught a rabbit with lightning speed. It was surreal to witness something so natural and so fast right in front of us. My two teenage boys especially loved the hands‑on part, getting to work with a different falcon while wearing the leather elbow‑length glove. It was a unique experience for all of us. Overall, the entire outing was absolutely worth it, and you won’t be disappointed. It’s a rare chance to see these incredible birds up close and learn from someone who truly loves what she does.

Incredible! We all enjoyed this activity so much. The guides were so knowledgeable and seeing the birds in action was so memorable. This is a wonderful educational experience. Highly recommend this tour.

Great experience. Enjoyed the education on all the animals, the demonstration and especially the hawk walk. Driver, guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and took good care of the group to make sure we all were able to see and experience the animals well. Immediately made us want to sign up for the next class to get even more interaction with these stunning creatures.

Deanna is a legend. I loved learning about falconry from her and the team that drives you and helps take picture is so kind. Incredible experience!

This was an educational and really fun experience! My granddaughter and I not only learned so much about these birds but we got to see them up close and hold them while they fed. We loved it.

This was such a cool experience! From seeing all the animals and wildlife around to learning all the details about the different types of birds. Loved it! Highly recommend!!
