I booked very late with Lakpura and they were still able to quickly arrange and confirm the transfer. The office checked in multiple times to confirm details, arrival time of driver, how the trip was going and if we made it safely. The driver was great, stopping as required for coffee and toilet breaks. Everything went smoothly and I arrived safe and on time.

The service was outstanding! Because of a delay and cancelled flight, we had some issues with the already booked transport and accomodation. Hansika managed everything with the taxi and the hotel, so we could concentrate on other things. In the end it was a really smooth arrival and transfer. The organisation and the transfer itself went really smooth. Our driver picked us up at the airport in time. On arrival he gave US enough am SIM Card and to withdraw money at the ATM. During the drive, he stopped for example as we asked for buying water.
