Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Deze privétransfer (enkele reis) vanaf de luchthaven of hotels in de buurt op het door u gekozen tijdstip. Hoe vind ik mijn chauffeur? Ontmoeting met een naambord. Bovendien ontvangt u een WhatsApp-bericht zodra de chauffeur onderweg is naar het hotel, met daarin een geschatte aankomsttijd en bevestiging van de ophaalgegevens.

- Voor te grote of buitensporige bagage (bijvoorbeeld surfplanken, golfclubs of fietsen) kunnen bepaalde beperkingen gelden. Informeer vóór vertrek bij de exploitant of uw overtollige bagage acceptabel is.
- Op het moment van boeken moeten passagiers het luchtvaartmaatschappij- en vluchtnummer en WhatsApp-nummer opgeven als ze in het buitenland zijn.
- We gebruiken verschillende voertuigen met verschillende kenmerken om ons aan te passen aan de behoeften van elke klant. Al onze voertuigen zijn officiële privétaxi's.
- Zodra de boeking is gemaakt, ontvangt de passagier een bevestiging via e-mail of WhatsApp met details zoals de chauffeursinformatie en voertuiggegevens.
- De toegewezen chauffeur bereidt het voertuig voor en zorgt ervoor dat het schoon is, van brandstof is voorzien en klaar is voor de reis.
- De chauffeur arriveert op het door u gekozen tijdstip op het aangewezen ophaalpunt.
- De chauffeur helpt de passagier bij het inladen van zijn bagage in het voertuig.
- De chauffeur zorgt voor een comfortabele en veilige reis, waarbij hij zich aan de snelheidslimieten en verkeersregels houdt. Het voertuig kan zijn uitgerust met voorzieningen zoals airconditioning.
- Afhankelijk van de duur van de reis (ongeveer 1-7 uur) kan de chauffeur pauzes nemen bij rustpauzes of voor een drankje, om het comfort van de passagiers te garanderen.

We had a pleasant experience with the transfers. Mr. Chaminda got in touch with us before our arrival and supported through out the trip. Our driver isn’t fluent in English, but his driving was safe, and very patient and smiling. We booked our return journey to Colombo with them. Overall the operator is recommended.

Our driver was friendly and courteous. He waited patiently for a couple of hours when we were delayed with luggage problems. He pointed out places of interest on the way to our hotel. The car was clean and comfortable.

We arrived at 2am and the driver was waiting in arrivals with a sign with my name and hotel. Very easy process.

Chaminda provided excellent reliable transport for us during our stays in Galle and Colombo with good drivers and nice clean cars with very punctual and prompt service by both Chaminda and his drivers.

We chose a round-trip airport transfer in a private car from CMB/Tangalle (about 3 hours each way). Driver was on time both at the airport and our resort. Nice, clean cars, comfortable rides and very safe. Both rides were timely and without incident. I would definitely recommend this company. If we return, I would hire them to provide some tours. They made us some nice offers, but sadly we ran out of time.
