The company was so responsive to any query from the start and had a helpful attitude. The vehicle was so spacious, was in excellent condition. The company did our Kandy-Ella tickets too. The chauffeur, Mr. Isuru was right on time at the airport to pick us and had been so informative, helpful, friendly all the way till our departure. He kept the vehicle clean all the time, a hardworking, punctual, good human being made our trip wonderful. Highly recommended.

Pradeep picked me up from the airport and dropped me off at my Colombo hotel. He was easy to communicate with and helped me buy a new SIM card at the airport. He was very helpful and I’d highly recommend the service!

I visited Colombo for a day whilst on a long stopover and found Mahaweli online. They were very efficient in booking my airport transfer upon my arrival, and this was done over WhatsApp which made it so much easier and faster For my return journey from the hotel back to the airport, Mahaweli also arranged a bespoke tour for me to be picked up earlier and to have a tour around the city before heading back to the hotel and it was also very reasonably priced Nilanka who did the airport transfers and my tour was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, my Airbnb had cancelled my booking and this was at 03:00 in the morning so I didn’t have many options. Nilanka drove around Colombo with me and made sure I found a hotel, and when he picked me up a few hours later, he was on time even though he hadn’t had much sleep after helping me. During the tour, he was very knowledgeable about all the different sites we went to see and ensured we avoided traffic for me to arrive back at the airport on time for my flight. Good driver. I needed to arrive at Fort Station for my train so a direct transfer was the best option.
