Als je van natuurlijke bestemmingen houdt, maar je ervaringen graag naar een hoger niveau wilt tillen: berijd je paarden en ontdek de schoonheid van Colombia via de nationale parken. In deze tour wordt u begeleid langs de bergen van Cocora Valley. Je leert over Colombiaanse landbouwtradities en krijgt de kans om ongelooflijke foto's te maken van de adembenemende landschappen. Ontmoet eerst onze bekwame en ervaren gids op het gekozen vertrekpunt. Hij neemt je mee naar Salento, waar je paarden klaar staan om erop te rijden. Hier begint het avontuur eigenlijk. De paarden rijden je door verschillende uitkijkpunten rond Salento. Stop en staar naar de grootsheid van de landschappen. Laat onze gids de verhalen over de regio vertellen en alles wat u moet weten om de plek nog meer te waarderen.
Je leert het belang van de Cocora-vallei, de thuisbasis van de waspalm. Deze regio bakent het Los Nevados National Park af om het behoud ervan te bevorderen en verdere schade aan de fauna en flora te voorkomen.
Maak bovendien van deze gelegenheid gebruik en loop door de pittoreske straatjes van Salento. Kom en ontdek met eigen ogen waarom het de mooiste stad van heel Colombia is. Nadat u verblind bent door de Paisa-architectuur van Salento en de handwerkwinkels heeft verkend, wordt u teruggebracht naar uw hotel.

The tour was sooooo good today! Amazing that Mairizio suggested to go earlier than booked. So we had bearly no people on the Tour. We were verry happy about it. Mairizio was a verry funny and interesting gide. Also de Horsebackrodong was an amazong experience. We‘ll do it again 😍

My tour was great. The hike was fun and my guide shared so much information with me. I could tell he really loves his job and enjoys doing these tours. He explained everything well and had answers to all my questions. Whenever I wanted a picture, my guide would take pictures of me. If I didn‘t like them he‘d happily re-do them. He also gave me enough time to enjoy the landscape. After the hike I didn‘t feel well, but my guide took care of me. He suggested we did things a bit slower and go to a pharmacy so I could enjoy the rest of the tour. Then we had lunch and went horse riding. My inexperience with horses wasn’t a problem either, as the horse owner gave me a quick lecture before riding. The owner and my guide were riding along side of me. Whenever I didn’t know how to lead the horse, they would help me. It was pouring, but it didn‘t matter because my guide thought of that too. He knew the chance for rain was high, so we got a rain poncho before the start of the tour and I wore it for the horse riding part. Thanks to the poncho, I didn‘t get wet, although it was raining. Pedro was super kind, considerate, easy going and the best guide I could have asked for. We had a great day and good conversation. I have beautiful memories and pictures of my experience 💯👌🏽 I hope to maybe see him again on another tour sometime as he mentioned he does tours across different cities in Colombia

Pedro is a sensational guide! It was well organized from the beginning. We received a lot of information and were allowed to actively participate in the tour. The horse tour was wonderful and the route unique, walking on horseback through the river, I will never forget this. Pedro manages to go from a guide to a friend. Important tip: make the tours as early as possible.

Amazing tour, Juan was our tour guide. He spoke excellent English, very informative. We went early to Corora Valley which i would recommend to avoid the crowds. The horse riding at the end was a great experience, the horses are well cared for on a small farm and only go out twice a day at the most and only small groups at a time. would highly recommend this tour!

The first part is on foot in the valley cocora with spectacular views. Juan our Guide (who is excellent) gave us a lot of explanations on the site. The second part is done on horseback through several varied paths. Horses are well treated I recommend

Overall experience complete and well structured in the day.
