Cocktailcultuur werd geboren tijdens de drooglegging toen alcohol zo krachtig was en neuskrullend dat barmannen en thuisbrouwers mixers met de drank gingen combineren om het smakelijker te maken! We volgen de traditie van die vroege mixologen en zullen je helpen om de juiste Prohibition Era cocktails te maken. Dus kom en geniet van een 2 uur durende "Intieme Cocktail Class" met bekroonde barmannen in een 1920 "Speakeasy" in het American Prohibition Museum!

We paid to do this tour. Our plane landed 4.5 hours late and we got to the museum right when the class ended. The will NOT refund your money under any circumstances if you miss even though the bartender assured our friends that did make the class that they would. Their customer service is terrible.
Connor was a fantastic guide! We had a great time learning how to mix some delicious cocktails, and enjoyed those cocktails and some snacks all while learning interesting bits of cocktail history and lore. In addition to a few specific drinks we came away with terrific advice on what to look for in a bar, how to ask for certain drinks, and some simple ratios and formulas for (near) foolproof experimentation. Connor created a fun and welcoming atmosphere and all present thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend!

Congress Up staff did a great job of making the evening fun. We had delicious cocktails and learned about how to make them. We also learned the reasons and ratios behind creating cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

This class was a ton of fun! The only downside was the AC wasn't working, so it was a bit toasty in that room. Leah did a great job both teaching and keeping it interesting.
