Aankomst Lounge (niet van toepassing op vertrek) : Ga naar het verzamelpunt voor uw VIP-host. Vul uw immigratieformulieren in en versnel de douane en immigratie. Uw gastheer zal u helpen uw bagage op te halen en u begeleiden naar de aankomstlounge. Geniet van gratis WiFi, snacks en drankjes, opfrissen in het eigen toilet. Wanneer u klaar bent, wordt u begeleid naar het vervoer dat u hebt geregeld. Vertreklounge (niet van toepassing op aankomst): Nadat je bent ingecheckt voor je vlucht, ga je naar Club Mobay info booth, naast beveiliging en immigratie. Check-in voor toegang tot uw lounge en geniet van versnelde service via beveiliging en immigratie. Club Mobay vertreklounge bevindt zich naast Gate 12. Ontspan, geniet van lichte maaltijden, koude dranken, koffie en alcoholische dranken. Maak gebruik van wifi, douches of een minibehandeling in de Mango Spa (spabehandelingen op eigen kosten). Kinderen kunnen spelen in Pickney Place, een geluidsgestuurde speelkamer, of als u zonder kinderen bent, genieten van de lounge die alleen voor volwassenen is.

The staff were amazing from the time I entered the lounge. They seated me straight away and once I was settled they came and ask me what drink I would like. You could have any sort or alcohol drinks. Once she brought the drinks she told me to help myself to the buffet when ready. There was a good choice of food, but It would have been nicer if there were more Caribbean food as we were in Jamaica. It needed to be topped up more often, as people went for certain dishes. When using the bathroom, I was escorted by a staff member, who went ahead, refreshed one of the cubicles first. Then I went in and used the toilet. I found this very pleasing, as at time although bathrooms in these places are fairly clean, they went beyond to make sure the they were really well presented for each guest. Generally It was a calm and relaxing experience and a lovely place to relax comfortablely before flying. I would recommend this lounge, as it beats sitting around in the general areas of the airport waiting for a few hours in uncomfortable chairs. Although my flight was delayed a further hour or so, I did not feel as pressured as you can do waiting around, because I got to relax a few hour before take off. I posted a few pic of me when I first arrived and left. I had braids and no tan and took them out a few days before. You can mecwirh a tan.
Worth the extra dough to move through the lines and get refreshments in the lounge after
My experience was wonderful from the time I arrived. My host was very nice and personable. I forgot his name. Sorry, but he was great.
We were pleasantly surprised by the MoBay Club .. comfortable seats, WiFi, drinks, buffet, and AIR CONDITIONING. They accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 teens (with no complaints) for a few hours for $35 pp is was worth it.
They took the guesswork out of traveling. No waiting in customs long lines, free food and drinks which were just what we needed after a long trip and everyone…friendly, polite and welcoming. The service Mobay provided made us feel special like a king and queen. World class VIP service provided with a smile.

Check in and going thru security is a breeze. The service is always top notch. The food and drinks are great. They let you know when your flight is bording so you get to the gate at the proper time. We'll always use them.
This is my second time using Club Mobay. The first time was great so hence why I tried it again. The second time it was very crowded with hardly anywhere to sit. My husband and I were seated in a back corner, with a huge what I pray was a dead roach. Needless to say I moved to a different location on a reserved side of the restaurant. The food was lackluster to me, my husband enjoyed it. Will I use Club Mobay again? I would, because it’s better than sitting at the gate waiting and if I do want something to munch on or drink I can at will.
