Reis van en naar Kingston Airport als een VIP met toegang tot de aankomst- en vertrekdiensten van Club Kingston. Aankomstservice (niet van toepassing op boekingen met alleen vertrek): Na het verlaten van uw vliegtuig op Kingston's Norman Manley Airport, wordt u begroet door uw Club Kingston Rep met een persoonlijk bord. Ga door de douane en immigratie met fast track. Vul immigratieformulieren in en u wordt door de fast-track-lijn geleid. Vervolgens zal uw gastheer u helpen uw bagage op te halen bij de bagageband. Ga door de fast-track douanelijn. Je wordt begeleid naar je touroperator of privévervoer. Vertreklounge (niet van toepassing op boekingen met alleen aankomst): check in voor uw vlucht en ga naar de fast-track-lijn voor beveiliging en immigratie. Toon uw voucher voor snelle toegang. Ga vervolgens naar de tussenverdieping om de vertreklounge van Club Kingston te betreden. Geniet van supersnelle wifi, flatscreen-tv's, tijdschriften, kranten of conferentiefaciliteiten. Snack op vers fruit, sandwiches, tapas, sushi, gebak en nip daarna aan een warme koffie/thee, een koud drankje of een alcoholische drank! Drankjes en snacks zijn gratis.

From entry in Kingston to departure was seamless. I was met at the gate and escorted to my car service. Grabbed a drink from the Lounge which was pleasant. The Departure Lounge was amazing. The staff went beyond for my son which is a picky eater. Very comfortable. Thank you!

The Kingston lounge is wonderful! Friendly staff and good food and drinks. The lower rating is because they could not find my Viator booking so I'll just book directly in the future

I recently treated myself to the VIP Club Kingston Lounge, VIP arrival and departure Service at Kingston Airport, and I can honestly say It was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I landed in Jamaica, I felt welcomed and taken care of. A wonderful staff member named ChakaKhan was waiting for me with a sign displaying my name. She greeted me with such warmth and kindness and personally escorted me through the airport, guiding me through customs and making the entire arrival process seamless and stress-free. My departure experience was just as impressive. I was escorted to the lounge, where I was greeted by a team of friendly, professional, and attentive staff members. Everyone was pleasant, engaging, and consistently checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Although the food was beautifully displayed and available for self-service, the staff still went above and beyond ensure guests felt welcomed and cared for. And I have to mention the rum punch! It was absolutely delicious, without a doubt one of the best rum punches I’ve ever tasted. If you ever visit the lounge, make sure you try it. The VIP club lounge provided exactly what I needed, excellent service, warm hospitality, a clean and comfortable space, tasty food and great drinks, and I could not forget fast running Wi-Fi! Thank you to ChakaKhan and the entire VIP club Kingston lounge staff for making my arrival and departure is so enjoyable. I love feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to my next visit. Until next time, I will definitely be doing this again.

This is the first time in 11 years since I was last in this lounge. I believe the lounge had a refurb in 2025. The lounge is comfortable and the food offering has a wide selection and all the food is clearly labeled with allergens. There was a couple of vegetarian and vegan options. The bar is complimentary and has a good range of beers, wines and spirits.
