Just be weary of what trip you book There are many different ones if you just want to do the copper mines trip you can't the tram back you have to wait for the bus back

Plenty of information offered during the trip around Llandudno, Conwy & Deganwy. The drivers were very friendly. Even though my trip was booked online and I had a QR code, the driver cannot check it, we are requested to go to the kiosk to have a paper ticket issued. Having said that even though I did not get on at the first pick up point the driver still accepted my QR code and asked me to get a paper ticket at point no.1. I managed to do that without any problem Thank you to all concerned.

Do not trust the brochure times - waited an hour for pickup instead of the every 30 minutes promised, as the driver had to take lunch and his relief driver did not show up. At the end of the day, it showed a 4:30 or 5pm last trip back to Conwy, and the driver came at 4:20 saying the last trip was 4pm, no more rides. Clearly the brochure times are only suggestions and you’re better off taking the city bus instead to get back and forth between towns.
Just seemed a bit basic as if info was being made up to create a tour.. was around 45mins and couldn't really hear the guide when speaking. Some of the stuff said needs to be updated as well. Sitting at the top there was no warning about trees hitting you in the face either
Visited Llandudno on coach day trip so did not have long to visit. Got on open top City sightseeing bus around Llandudno and Conwy and surrounding area. ( Llandudno Pier, North shore seafront, Deganwy, Conwy, West shore and Gloddaeth Avenue).Automated guide. Approximately 50 minutes in total. Could hop on/ hop off and ticket valid for 24 hours. Would recommend. Reasonable value for money ( concessions for older people).
Terrible, we paid for48,hr tour 1st day got on buss nr llandudno, off conwy..ok Return, waited 2hrs no bus Found contsct phone to be told All buses cancelled..ths was now 3pm Managed to get regular bus back paying of course Got back to llandudno to find Scribbled on paper NO MORE BUSES TODAY..SORRY
We booked with bus on the day and to be honest the sun was out and we sat on top and loved the story along the way and we got off at Conwy but we thought was hop on and off and a few places but the bus only stopped at Conwy but we wanted to hop off at other places but bus never stopped at any so was bit gutted but still great sites and info over the history of places even tho would of loved to got off to see more places that would prob never do or see but great staff and open bus clean
Being on the open top bus in the hot weather was lovely the breeze was amazing! The sights was beautiful would define my recommend

We bought a combo ticket for the 3 rides ie Conwy trip; Alice trip & Great Orme trip. The Conwy trip onboard commentary failed after 30 seconds of leaving. The Alice trip was cancelled due to the bus drivers wife feeling poorly and when we went to get the Great Orme trip the girl said it was fully booked for the day…
Great Value for what you pay. Helpful staff for my partners mobility scooter. Trip is amazing, with places to get on and off. Conwy village is beautiful. Very informative tour guide on the whole trip. Very worthwhile and great value for what you pay. Tickets last 24 hours.
