Cinque Terre: Pesto kookles met uitzicht op zee in Riomaggiore

Terwijl we vanaf de wijngaard genieten van het adembenemende uitzicht op de zee, begin je de les met het leren van de fascinerende geschiedenis van pesto uit Spezia. Cesarina zal het traditionele systeem uitleggen van het gebruik van de beste basilicumplanten en het zorgvuldig selecteren van hoogwaardige ingrediënten om de beste smaak te garanderen. Daarna leer je de twee manieren om pesto te bereiden: met een vijzel of een elektrische blender en krijg je tips om de pesto goed te bewaren om hem zo lang mogelijk vers te houden. Nadat je pesto hebt gemaakt, pak je het in om mee naar huis te nemen en ervan te genieten. U kunt genieten van de vruchten van uw arbeid wanneer u naar huis terugkeert of op een rotsachtige klif met uitzicht op de zee. Geniet van een kookcursus pesto inclusief 1 glas lokale Possa-wijnmakerij Liguria's en water.

A wholesome, picturesque experience with amazing hosts Barbara & Stefano! Be prepared for a tiny bit of a hike (really easy but not overly accessible to everyone) but it’s absolutely worth it as the views and Barbara & Stefano’s house is beautiful.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My husband and I booked this for a morning on our honeymoon in Riomaggiore and it exceeded our expectations. Barbara and Stefano are adorable and incredible teachers. We will hands down be making pesto and salad weekly in our home. We even bought a mortar and pestle in the town to be able to make it properly! Next time we travel we will take any classes that Cesarine offers without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend!
