De meeste Tours in Charleston nemen 20 mensen mee op een tour. Ik houd mijn tours kleiner en maximaal voor 10 personen. Door kleinere groepen te hebben, kunnen mijn gasten een meer persoonlijke en unieke ervaring hebben. Je krijgt mij, een ervaren gids (Adam Moore) als je gids. Ik doe elke tour, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je de echte deal krijgt :) Dus pak een kopje koffie en begin je dag goed met een ochtendtour door de geschiedenis van het prachtige Charleston, South Carolina. Ik zal een ingewikkelde en gedetailleerde geschiedenis bieden, plus geweldige verhalen en persoonlijkheid tijdens onze tour. Nogmaals, ik houd deze rondleidingen graag kleiner om gesprekken en vragen aan te moedigen.

We zullen langs het oudste publiek in South Carolina lopen (The Powder Magazine) gebouwd in 1713 en dan zal ik een verhaal doen over PIRATEN
We wandelen de French Quarter van Charleston in.
Het Dock Street-theater, oorspronkelijk gebouwd in 1736, was het eerste theater in de koloniën.
Het Pink House is een van de oudste (zo niet de oudste) gebouwen in Charleston. We gaan het op deze locatie hebben over Het Roze Huis. Chalmers Street is een prachtige geplaveide straat omzoomd met Palmetto Trees & Crepe Myrtle Trees.
We staan buiten het museum en bespreken de enorme impact die slavernij had op onze stad en haar mensen.
Deze prachtige straat, aangelegd in 1680, was het handelscentrum in Charleston... en is dat nog steeds.
Een must-see in Charleston, we gaan langs de beroemde "Rainbow Row"
Daterend uit 1771 staan we buiten en praten over Charleston's rol in de Amerikaanse Revolutie op deze locatie.
Prachtig park met uitzicht op de haven van Charleston. De Pineapple-fontein bevindt zich hier.

This tour was fantastic! Adam is an incredible guide and public speaker. He was engaging and had lots of interesting facts to add in on every subject we asked him about. He took us to fascinating sights. Was not a difficult walk at all. We learned a lot on this tour and had a great time while doing it. Adam has a love for history. He was interesting and factual with great stories to bring us into the scene of what was happening. Adam encouraged questions and his knowledge of the area was endless. We saw beautiful buildings, houses, nooks and crannies.

Great history and walking tour. You learn history about the town and visit an old theater, graveyard, & walk down some hidden alleyways. Great tour guide.

That's great you noticed that small detail about staying in the shade...it's definitely important and I stay mindful because a lot of people can't handle the sun, heat and humidity of South Carolina as it can be brutal :)
