There are signs pointing in every direction—buses, taxis, shuttles, and various parking areas and it isn't always obvious where private transfer drivers are waiting. Fortunately, our driver was waiting with a name board, making the meeting process very easy. The driver was extremely kind and helpful, especially with our luggage. Although he spoke English with a very strong French accent, he made every effort to communicate and ensure we were comfortable throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the ride into the city was smooth and relaxing. It was a terrible experience. There were no instructions that our driver would be meeting us inside the airport. We picked up our bags went to the car pick up area. He called us and does not speak much English. He got upset that we were outside instead of where he was waiting for us. I expected us to have a black Mercedes-Benz van like the picture shows and it was an old white band that was beat up and a window taped. When we got in the car, he was very loud and upset because he had said he had been waiting for us. He picked us up a little after 12 PM and our appointment was for 1 PM. Very disappointed. His driving was not good either. He was busy talking on the phone and had to make a couple of abrupt stops. Everything we’ve ever done through Viator has been top-notch. This is the first time we’ve had an issue.

Good communication. Our flight was delayed by 2hrs, driver kept in contact with us the whole time and was watching the flight schedule. Took us from airport to rental in less time estimated by maps.
