Ervaring op maat: we begrijpen dat elke snorkelaar uniek is en daarom stemmen we onze snorkelsessies af op uw voorkeuren en vaardigheidsniveau. Of u nu een beginner of een ervaren snorkelaar bent, we hebben diverse plekken om aan uw behoeften en interesses te voldoen. Ons team doet er alles aan om het juiste gebruik van de uitrusting aan te tonen, zodat u zich zelfverzekerd en voorbereid voelt. Van het geven van uitgebreide veiligheidsinstructies tot het bieden van ondersteuning en begeleiding in het water, wij zorgen ervoor dat u zich gedurende de hele ervaring veilig en op uw gemak voelt. Daarom bieden wij drijfhulpmiddelen en richten wij ons op personen met verschillende niveaus van vertrouwen in het water, zodat iedereen dat kan doe mee en geniet van het avontuur.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ophalen begint eerder dan aanvangstijd en chauffeurs halen u op van de door u gekozen locatie binnen de regio Chania (inclusief maar niet beperkt tot Chania Town, Platania, Souda, Kalyves, Vamos en Georgioupoli). Wij zullen u e-mailen met uw pick-up details-zorg ervoor dat u uw spam of junk map controleren. Als alternatief kunt u kennismaken met het Salty Descents Dive Center in Kalyves. Chauffeurs zijn herkenbaar aan hun Salty Descents T-shirts en minivans. Chauffeurs wachten niet langer dan 10 minuten na de geplande ophaaltijd. De ophaaltijd wordt bevestigd nadat u geboekt heeft. Ophaaltijden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van uw locatie. Houd er rekening mee dat dit een gedeelde transfer is, dus de ophaaltijd kan iets eerder of later zijn dan gepland.

My two sons (17 and 20) and I were looking for something adventurous and special to do together. Also smaller and more independent than the popular tourist trips. This met our expectations and more! The Salty Descents team were fantastic from the first text message to the final goodbye. Expert and professional - reassuring and clear in their instructions and guidance. Kind and hospitable - we learned some really interesting facts about Crete’s history, culture and also about the technical aspects of snorkelling. Two stunning snorkel sites and lots of time to explore. It was a rare treat for us and the videos and photos are now part of our favourite memories - very special indeed. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience.
Everything from pick up to drop off was smooth and efficient. The driver Giannis was on time and excellent! The travel was very comfortable. Once at the shop, equipment was handled pleasantly and efficiently. Out on the boat, the ride to the locations was great. The 2 spots for snorkeling were beautiful. The team made sure everyone had what they needed for a successful trip and adjusted as needs required. The whole team was pleasant and easy to work with! Would definitely visit them again!
Awesome experience! Both guides were well trained and helped the whole crew gear up for the snorkeling dive, safety demonstrations were clear. Got to see many fish and beautiful reefs! Dive lasted about 4 hours total
Really good boat trip with snorkeling and lots of beautiful places to experience. Communication up to the trip was super, and the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. You get a lot for the money. Can definitely be recommended!

This is a very enjoyable way to spend a morning in Chania. You don’t need a car to get there as there is a pickup service. You don’t need to be a good swimmer to do this. Wet suits are provided which are very buoyant and keep you afloat. The snorkels and fins were excellent - no leaking. The staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. There weren’t huge amounts or variety of fish to see but it is still a very enjoyable tour. I would do it again.
