⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been lucky enough to dive with a lot of dive centres over the years, both in the UK and overseas. As I've got older, I've realised that good diving isn't just about equipment, boats or qualifications. It's about trust. When you're descending beneath the surface, you're placing your wellbeing in the hands of other people. Sadly, standards seem to be slipping in some places. I've been on trips where things felt rushed, commercialised, or just not quite right. Salty Descents was the complete opposite. From the moment I arrived there was a calm professionalism about the place. No ego, no drama, no hard sell. Just good people who clearly love diving and genuinely care about the people they take underwater. As an experienced independent recreational diver from the UK, I rely on local dive centres when I'm abroad. The team at Salty Descents made that easy. The briefings were thorough, the organisation was excellent and everything felt safe, relaxed and well thought through. What stood out most, though, was the atmosphere. Diving has always been a slightly spiritual thing for me. The moment you leave the noise of the surface behind, take a breath and descend into that blue world, life becomes very simple and very honest. The team at Salty Descents seem to understand that. They create the conditions for you to enjoy those moments rather than simply ticking off another dive. In a world that often feels rushed and increasingly commercial, this place still feels authentic. I've trusted them with my dives, and I'd trust them with my sons' dives too. A great day out, with my brother in law on his first trial dive. I got taken to the Pervolitsa Arch (around 20m) whilst he tried on kit and snorkelled, then off for a 5m around the Mimewaska 3 wreck site. Both loved it. The team were friendly, informed and easy to dive with. A great day out.

Absolutely loved our diving experience with Salty Descents! From start to finish, everything was great! The dive center itself is beautiful and well-maintained, setting a great first impression. The boat was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and prepare for our dives. The professional guides were really knowledgeable and ensured we felt safe and well-informed throughout our dives. The service was very good with every detail taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better diving experience.See you guys on September again!!
