Maak een ritje in een panoramische bus met een glazen blad om te genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op de Alpen. Geniet van een kabelbaan vol sensatie en een bergtandrad om de gletsjer te zien. Een once in a lifetime ervaring. De kabelbaan brengt je 3842 meter omhoog, je hebt toegang tot verschillende terrassen, je steekt gewoon de majestueuze Mont Blanc over om een foto te maken. Voor de lunch, hebben vrije tijd en probeer een typische savooi specialiteit. Verken het prachtige bergresort voordat u met de bergtrein naar het IJs van de Zee rijdt: grootste Franse gletsjer.

Eenmaal in Chamonix heb je tijd om Chamonix te verkennen en te genieten van voldoende vrije tijd voor de lunch (op eigen kosten)
Rijd de kabelbaan op en ontdek een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op de Chamonix-vallei en de Franse, Zwitserse en Italiaanse Alpen op 3842m! Op een heldere dag kunt u zelfs de Mattherhorn zien, de beroemde Zwitserse piek en icoon van Zwitserland - het is zelfs te vinden op pakjes heerlijke Toblerone-chocolade. Als het open is, kun je het unieke avontuur proberen: "Step into the Void" ADEMHOORN!
Neem deel aan de charmante rode tandradbaan naar Montenvers en geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op Mer de Glace. Deze prachtige gletsjer is 4 mijl (7 km) lang en gemiddeld net iets minder dan een mijl breed. Omringd door de indrukwekkende toppen van Les Drus, Les Grandes Jorasses en Les Grands Charmoz, is The Montenvers-site een natuurlijke levende getuige van de klimaatverandering in onze tijd.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Onze ophaaldiensten zijn beperkt tot hotels binnen het luchthavengebied. Gelieve tussen 7u30 en 7u45 klaar te staan op de parking van uw hotel, de chauffeur heeft verschillende pick-ups en komt in de rondjes van de tijd. Op de bus staat de naam Swisstours. Controleer uw ophaalbevestiging of neem contact met ons op als u hulp nodig hebt.

- Opties voor openbaar vervoer zijn in de buurt aanwezig
- Kinderen moeten bij een volwassene op schoot zitten

- Reizigers moeten ten minste een gemiddelde conditie hebben
- Kindertarief is alleen van toepassing bij het delen met 2 betalende volwassenen
- Kabelbaan verboden onder de 5 jaar
- Paspoort is noodzakelijk
- Houd er rekening mee dat als u de opties Aiguille du Midi en Mer de Glace neemt, u een multipass krijgt. Multipass die toegang geeft tot alle faciliteiten van de firma Mont Blanc. Als u deze Multipass voor een enkele activiteit gebruikt, wordt deze door de Compagnie du Mont-Blanc als gebruikt beschouwd en kan deze niet worden terugbetaald als de andere activiteiten zijn gesloten. Het bedrijf Mont Blanc biedt alternatieve activiteiten aan, maar geeft geen toestemming voor restitutie van de multipass.
- De treinkaartjes zijn inclusief de ijsgrotten en de gondel (maar deze zijn niet gegarandeerd), de trein kan open zijn en niet de grot, er is geen restitutie is zo omdat het dezelfde prijs
- De werking van de Aiguille du Midi-kabelbaan en de Mer de Glace-trein zijn beide onderhevig aan de lokale weersomstandigheden op de dag. We kunnen niet weten of ze opengaan voordat we daar aankomen, het is een risico om te nemen
- Als een van de activiteiten sluit, zijn er alternatieve aanbiedingen of gedeeltelijke terugbetalingen, maar de transporten worden in geen geval terugbetaald
- Houd er rekening mee dat de officiële munteenheid van Frankrijk de EURO is. Het is onwaarschijnlijk dat Zwitserse franken worden geaccepteerd in Chamonix
- Let op: gids zal bij u aanwezig zijn in de bus en het dorp. Je hebt vrije tijd in de kabelbaan of trein en de gids zal je daarna ontmoeten.
- Let op: wegens onderhoudswerken in Chamonix zijn sommige attracties tijdelijk gesloten : Mer de Glace (03.11 - 21.11) & Aiguille du Midi (03.11 - 19.12). Tijdens deze periode worden alternatieve tours aangeboden.

When we booked we thought it was quite pricey, but the trip was well worth it. Well organised and the tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. We were fortunate as we had perfect weather. Would recommend to others.

Really good experience, despite rain and cold weather up on the mountain only 2 degrees 😀👍, I would recommend it to my kids and friends 😀

Some of the other reviews alluded to the same issue. The locations and activities were great but there was a lot of wasted time waiting for the group or there wasn’t enough time to do a few things when we did want. The tour guide, Chris, was very good. Always helpful and knowledgeable. The pickup/droppff and bus transportation was fine. The bus on the way up had a great panaromanic roof to see the mountains. The bus we had on the way back didn’t have the extra windows and the temperature was very warm. The bus ride took about 90 minutes each way. No WiFi. The waiting started as soon as we go to the first Midi lift. The company has no front of line access so we waited an hour to even get on the lift. Then once we got to the top we were unable to do the glass floor photo option or go to the actual top of the mountain because the wait was 60 minutes to use the last elevator. The entire point of the tour was to see the top of Aiguile de Midi and we couldn’t because in order to continue to the tour we had a immediate return lift that we again had to wait for. Very disappointed. We did have a short 1 hour lunch break in town where we enjoyed a nice lunch. The second part of the day was taking the train to the Mer de glance glacier. That was near. Unfortunately we only spent maybe 15 minutes there as we were again rushed to wait in line for the return train. Overall I was not impressed with the lack of front of line access you normally get paying a third party tour and poor time management was annoying. More than half our time was spent waiting in ques or waiting on the group. I plan to return but would NOT do this tour again. If you get a bus/train ride there, everything is walking distance and has great shops all through town. The company offers no special access and you could literally do everything we did in half the time and actually see the main attraction without having to wait on the group.

We would like to clarify that our Mont Blanc tour does include reserved cabin access for the Aiguille du Midi lift, which allows our guests to avoid the standard ticket purchase queue. However, Mont Blanc is one of the most visited attractions in the Alps, and during the peak summer period, the site can become extremely busy. Even with reserved access, there can unfortunately still be waiting times due to mandatory security checks, crowd management, elevator capacity, and the high number of visitors on site. The guide gives you the choice to spend less time for lunch and queue at the step in the void. An all around amazing experience!!! We loved every minute of the day!! From the cable car ride to the freezing top of Mont Blanc…to the exploration and lunch stop in Chamonix…and the mountain train and visit to the ice caves…to our guide Chris…all of it was exceptional!!
The tour was overall good, and many thanks to the tour guide also, but there was A LOT of standing around and waiting. If I had known this I’d have just done the trip myself without a tour guide. Many thanks nonetheless.

The views of the alps and the ability to get right up near the top was awe inspiring. A bucket list item for sure! The town of Chamonix was lovely. The tour to the glacier and being able to see the glacier from within was interesting. The bus ride was comfortable. Our guide did. Fantastic job of leading 45 of us to each lookout point and keeping all on schedule. I would have loved more time in town to wander, shop, have a leisurely drink etc. Perhaps an extra hour. The organization from the tour company at the bus station was confusing. This could have easily been managed with a few signs.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT GO With this company!The bus they booked did not even open the door at the bus station so all Of us waiting to board. I asked the boy who was wearing a red jacket by the company if that was the bus and he replied NO! Meanwhile the bus take soft empty and they want us to purchase tickets for another bus couple of hours later. She even yelled at me that I’m supposed to know. Meanwhile the boy is just sitting there. We had to wait 2 hrs and pay additional tickets.
We would like to report this review as it contains false and misleading statements. Our office is located directly at the bus station, and this is the designated boarding location for our passengers. Staff are present to assist travelers, and boarding takes place from our office. The reviewer's claim that they were not informed where to board and that they were misdirected is not accurate. Based on our records and standard operating procedures, the events described in the review did not occur as stated. We believe this review misrepresents the service provided and may mislead future customers. We respectfully request that this review be investigated and removed for containing false information.
