Cham Island snorkeldagtrip vanuit Hoi An of Da Nang

This was so much fun! Pick up from our hotel was smooth. They transported us by air conditioned van/bus with others. We were brought to port in Hoi A where we were given tickets to board a small speedboat to Cham island. I’m so glad we booked a smaller boat toast as the others were quite packed. Our boat was clean, captain and crew were helpful, joyful, and well versed in maritime. Our guide spoke great English and made sure we were all comfortable. We went to the port town first and were given the local history and were introduced to local marine life in a local building. Then off we went to a remote island to snorkel. The gear worked fine and the area felt safe to snorkel. The captain and crew made sure we knew how to swim and gave life jackets to those who weren’t. We even saw a family bring their little on in the water. There were a few who did not snorkel which is fine because it was all so beautiful! After, we were brought to another island where the locals served us a delicious lunch. We were given time to relax after, on the beach chairs and enjoy the beach. It was a very relaxing and fun afternoon. There was a small area to rinse off and change into dry clothes before our transport back to the mainland. It was a lot of fun! We highly recommend this trip!

It was a spontaneous, fast, entertaining and very interesting adventure as I was also diving with oxygen (extra cost!). I was out for a day without my partner and didn't know exactly what it was going to be like. We were a very mixed group and I immediately connected. That was very good. Professional travel guide.
