Ontdek het rijke wijnerfgoed, het platteland en een deel van de geschiedenis van Frankrijk tijdens een ontspannen dagtocht. Uw gecertificeerde Sommelier, geschiedenis-liefhebber zal u Gids door het noorden van Bourgondië, 2 - h rijden van Parijs. U bezoekt het mooie dorp Chablis dat bekend staat om zijn mooiste Chardonnay, ontdekt kelders gebouwd door monniken, volgt het pad van de Tempeliers en proeft Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Chablis en Crémant de Bourgogne. U ontmoet wijnproducenten, ontdekt het wijnmaken, proeft meer dan 15 geweldige witte, mousserende en rode wijnen. Wijn- en kaaslunch + Vervoer vanuit Parijs zijn inbegrepen. Uw Sommelier, Luiz is meer dan alleen een Gids. Hij studeerde af aan WSET wijnschool niveau 4, had meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in de wijnindustrie, juryleden voor de beroemdste wijnwedstrijden ter wereld en kwalificeerde zich op de 8e positie in 2021 World Blind tasting competitie in Chateauneuf du Pape. Ontmoet uw gids/sommelier in het centrum van Parijs om 07.50 uur. Na een veilige rit van 1,50 uur in een comfortabel busje met airconditioning en maximaal 8 personen, arriveert u bij uw eerste stop in de beste wijngaarden van Chablis. Je leert over Franse wijnetiketten, "terroirs", Bourgondische druivensoorten en ook over de epische geschiedenis van de Tempeliers- en Cisterciënzermonniken.
Je bezoekt het beroemde dorp Chablis, bekend om de beste Chardonnay-wijnen ter wereld. De eerste proeverij vindt plaats bij een beroemde Chablis-wijnmaker. We hebben ook tijd om door het dorp te wandelen en een traditionele verrassing te proeven.
Je gaat dan naar een typisch Bourgondisch dorp, waar oude druivenrassen nog steeds worden verbouwd. U zult genieten van uw tweede proeverij tijdens een wijn-, kaas- en luncharrangement bij een door een familie gerunde producent. Na de lunchpauze rijdt uw sommelier u door het wijnbouwgebied naar een ander Bourgondisch appellations dat beroemd is om zijn geweldige Pinot Noir-wijnen.

Voor de optie 'Privétour' bieden we een ophaalservice bij uw hotel in het centrum van Parijs. Neem vooraf contact met ons op via een bericht om de ophaallocatie en -tijd af te spreken. Einde van de tour bij uw hotel. Voor de groepsreis: we ontmoeten u om 7:50 uur op 9 Place d'Italie, 75013 Parijs.

- De tour is in het Engels maar afhankelijk van de dagen kunnen onze gidsen helpen en spreken Frans, Italiaans, Portugees en Spaans. Als u de tour privatiseert en van tevoren regelt, kunnen we u een Portugese of Italiaanse of Spaans of Frans sprekende Gids toewijzen.
- Als u de privé optie hotel boekt zijn pick-up en drop-off inbegrepen in het centrum van Parijs. Neem vooraf contact met ons op om het ophaaladres en tijdstip af te spreken
- Lunch is inbegrepen in het wijnhuis : het is een lokale wijn en kaas en vlees (charcuteries). Als wijnmakerij gesloten is gaan we naar het restaurant. Laat het ons weten op voorhand als er speciale dieetbeperkingen zijn om de wijnmakerij de dag ervoor te informeren.
- In het busje past een kinderwagen of een compacte rolstoel, laat het ons weten op het moment van boeking, zodat we geen trappen wijnhuizen boeken. We hebben ook kinderzitjes beschikbaar, maar beperkt, laat het ons weten van tevoren leeftijd van kinderen.

Excellent adventure in the Chablis and Burgundy wine region in France. Guide was charming and professional and accommodating to a bathroom break. Our small group visited three wineries with multiple wine tastings at each one. An excellent lunch was served at the second winery with pairings of wine for each course. We had a bit of time to do some exploring of the third town which was fun. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this tour for solo or group travelers who are curious about the vineyards and countryside in France as well as delightful multiple wine tastings at each winery.
Louis was an amazing tour guide, he gave us a great amount of knowledge and an enjoyable tour of Chablis! It is nice to see his relationships with the local wine makers which makes the tour much more personable!

Our driver Louis-excellend and very knowledgeable on wines and the region which helped a lot. The only aspect that should improve is the lunch- we only got served a table with cheeses/ham and we were 6 including the tour guide and we visted 3 wineries.
I am so happy with your great feedback. Our lunch is usually in a very nice winery with individual portions to each person. The day you came, we had to go to a different place as our usual lunch venue was atypically closed. You were great guests.

We had a fantastic time on this tour! Louis was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was lovely to visit some smaller wine producers with interesting wines. We had a delicious lunch in Chablis and a chance to walk through a bit of the town and old church. Even stopped for some chocolate on the way back to the bus! I would thoroughly recommend this tour!
