Had a great time with Saten. Very kind man who accommodated two stops we wanted to go on the road. Very comfortable and clean car and got us safely to our destination.

Wonderful service! We were 1.5 hours late to our booking time for a transfer to Suva due to a late flight arrival. There was no issue with us being late. Our driver was ready leave when we were. Even though it was only a transfer our driver was super friendly, willing to provide information on the local culture, safety tips for hiking and swimming, and foods to try on our visit.

Staff waited fight at the exit of the airport, were very lovely and accommodating. We all felt very safe.

The driver was on time, waiting for us outside the arrivals gate at the airport, the car was clean, and service very professional. He took care of our luggage, we just needed to sit in the car and relax. We also had a nice conversation during our trip, so we got very useful tips from the driver, regarding Fiji, local people customs and food tips.

Our driver Elshad was excellent. He was polite, knowledgeable and a safe driver. Epic Transfers and Tours responded to all my queries promptly and delivered their services well
