Honza Pavelka was phenomenal. It doesn’t get any better. Well versed I. English. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Highly recommended. I’ve been to Prague 4 times now and I’ll insist on his services from now on. Use him. You won’t be disappointed. You’ll be ecstatic at the services and services and the friendship that came naturally.
Our private guided trip to Cesky Krumlov was the perfect day! We had a spectacular experience with our private guide Honza! He picked us up at our hotel bright and early in Prague, stopped for a yummy breakfast en route to Cesky Krumlov, gave us a private tour of the castle grounds and the medieval fairy tale village on the Vltava River. We enjoyed a delicious Czech lunch in town. Afterwards, he delivered us to our Vienna hotel. Traveling from Prague to Vienna by car saved us hours rather than traveling by train to Cesky Krumlov. Honza was incredibly knowledgeable of history, culture, architecture, the castle and international politics. He was really great with our 14 year old grandson too! We’d like to return and spend several days on a trip with Honza again!! Thank you for the amazing day!!
We had a great private tour with guide Honza he picked us up at our hotel and drove safely. On the way he gave a very nice history of the country. The Cesky Krumlov is a beautiful town and the castle tour was great. We had a nice walk and lunch in the town. On the way back we stopped at a small farming village that was restored from couple of centuries old buildings.
Lidia was our guide for a wonderful tour of Chesky Krumlov. She was very informative on both the drive there and for our walking tour. Our driver Lukas recommended an amazing Italian restaurant for lunch that served a traditional Italian feast. Highly recommended (but reservations essential - it is opposite the wax museum and I think it is called Kristanova - it is next to a hotel). We travelled with our 2 daughters and Lidia ensured we had the right mix of history and interesting things to hear about. We enjoyed it so much we did another tour with her in Prague the next day.
We were brought around by Honza, who spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable about the history of Prague as well as the town. We had a very good lunch recommended by Honza. He also brought us at your request to a local shop to buy semi previous stones. Overall the experience was positive, and we had a good time.

1st our tour guide, Honza, was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and a great driver. Honza gave us a detailed explanation of Czech history and culture. He prepared us for our trip and explained to us what to look for and how best to learn and enjoy our experience. Then we explored the city and finished our journey at a hidden gem and jewelry store where we purchased some exquisite local meteorite stones. Honza is a great conversationalist who has travelled the globe which added a wider dimension to our trip. We would definitely recommend this excursion, and suggest you request Honza to be your tour guide. Our tour of the chateau and castle was also excellent. This place is amazing. The history is incredible and entertaining. Take lots of pictures. This place is the second most popular place to visit in Czech Republic. This is well deserved.

Cesky Krumlov was so beautiful and Honza knew just where to take us. We were able to visit the castle museum and walk to the top of the tower. Before reaching the top, there are several places to stop to take in the view and read about the restoration of the tower. Honza recommended an authentic Czech restaurant and even made reservations for us. The food was delicious and we tried the country’s most traditional meals. We were given time to meander around the city and do a little shopping. The Christmas market was still open so we were able to enjoy that as well. The entire day was lovely and I can see why Cesky Krumlov has a fairytale feel, between the castle, the quaint streets and houses and a river flowing around it, it really does transport you to another time. We did 3 full day tours to different locations outside of Prague. Personal Prague Guide could not have been any better! Our guide, Martina, was amazing! She communicated with us ahead of time, we knew the plan, she was prompt with her pick ups at our hotel each morning and her knowledge was top notch! The depth of history she not only knows, but experienced first hand, really made an impression on us. She is passionate about her work and her country and it really shows as she is guides through the tour. I highly recommend! 10 stars are in order!
