Cesarine: kookcursus met proeverij bij Local's Home in Milaan

Dompel uzelf onder in een privé-kookles in het huis van Cesarina, leer de geheimen van de meest beroemde gerechten uit de Milanese keuken en proef het fruit van uw arbeid vergezeld van een glas lokale wijn. Tijdens de les onthult de Cesarina de kneepjes van het vak van 3 authentieke Milanese recepten. Veel plezier met het testen van je kookkunsten. Elke deelnemer heeft een werkstation uitgerust met keukengerei en alle ingrediënten om de afwas te maken. Proef vervolgens alles wat je hebt bereid, vergezeld van een selectie van rode en witte lokale wijnen. Cesarine is het oudste netwerk van meer dan 1000 thuiskoks in heel het land in meer dan 120 steden. Ze zijn gepassioneerde en gastvrije gastheren die de deuren van hun eigen huis openen voor nieuwsgierige reizigers voor meeslepende culinaire ervaringen.

Alle Cesarine zijn altijd heel voorzichtig en attent op de belangrijke sanitaire regels die nodig zijn, zelfs nu nog meer! De huizen bieden alle essentiële sanitaire voorzieningen voor de gasten (papieren handdoeken om handen te wassen, handdesinfecterende gel, enzovoort). Denk eraan om altijd 1 meter afstand van elkaar te houden en zo niet, draag maskers en handschoenen

It's the first time I've had such an experience, but it certainly exceeded expectations. I had the pleasure of spending time with Beatrice, who immediately demonstrated her passion for cooking, understood as an experience to live and share. We performed together every step accompanied by very useful tips that I will definitely repeat at home. I'm sure I'll come back to learn new delicious recipes. Thank you Bea!!
Beatrice was absolutely AMAZING!! All the ingredients were fresh from the market that morning. We made hand rolled spätzle, flan, and poached pears. It was incredible! I would highly recommend this experience. My husband and I went for Valentine’s Day and ended up having a beautiful time together we will never forget. Huge thank you to Beatrice for being so generous with her knowledge of cooking Milanese traditional dishes.
Nicoletta e Fabio taught us how to make osobucco and risotto in a way even a beginner can understand. Fascinating conversation, beautiful home, thumbs up on all fronts!
The class was 5 stars in all respects. Fabio and Nicolette are amazing hosts, and their incredibly lovely home is the perfect setting for the class. We drank an aperitif mixed by Fabio, shared travel stories, made spinach and ricotta ravioli from the fresh pasta he helped us prepare, made the best tiramisu ever, and even had a sautéed polenta with stracciatella and anchovy appetizer. You simply cannot go wrong with this experience!
Thai was a wonderful experience! Sandra was delightful! She was warm, friendly and made cooking fun. We really enjoyed learning about Italy and the different regions and the cuisine. She also gave us a wonderful suggestion on a day trip to Desenzano del Garda. We made treasured memories! Thankyou Sandra and Viator!!
Delightful private cooking lesson with Beatrice. Great lessons in use of seasonal local ingredients, including produce and different type and processing of flours. Fun to make pasta by hand for the first time. Great meal and wonderful company. Highly recommend!
Our cooking class with Enrico was incredible. He and his wife were so nice and the instruction for our classic Milanese meal was great. It was a good mix of instruction as well as hands-on cooking time. Every dish was delicious and we loved getting to know more about Enrico and his family. Highly recommend if you’re in Milan!
Cooking class with Sandra in her home in Milan was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, comfortable setting, scrumptious appetizers, wine from Puglia, homemade limoncello, pasta making of tagliatelle and spinach and cheese stuffed ravioli, …yum! The lightest pasta we have ever tasted…and we made it! Thank you, Sandra. You made this experience our best in Milan. Yes, we will be back to see you again.
Sandra greatly spoiled us with our 1st cooking class experience in Italia! She made it relaxed with music (we all ended up singing along)and enjoyable with generous wine pours and light-hearted conversation while she educated us on cooking techniques. She explained each ingredient used and laughed along with us while documenting our experience with photos and videos. Sandra has a 7 year old sourdough starter and I have never had more delicious bread in my life. I would book this tour over and over with each visit to Milano just to spend more time with Sandra.
Fantastic hosts, amazing personalised menu and yummy food we have now learned to make at home. Highly recommend the class with Enrico in Milan!
