Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ophalen is inbegrepen en optioneel. Pick-up van Playa del Carmen is alleen beschikbaar voor de ochtend schema. Als uw hotel zich buiten onze ophaallocatie bevindt, wordt een centraal ontmoetingspunt aanbevolen tijdens de herbevestiging. Als uw hotel niet in de lijst staat, laat ons dan een briefje achter met de naam van uw hotel, zodat we de dichtstbijzijnde ophaallocatie en tijd kunnen regelen. Als uw hotel of Vakantiewoningen buiten het ophaalgebied ligt, wordt u gevraagd naar het dichtstbijzijnde ontmoetingspunt te gaan. Controleer de lijst met hotels op de afrekenpagina om te bevestigen of uw hotel is opgenomen in de beschikbare ophaallocaties. Ophalen gebeurt meestal tot 100 minuten voor de starttijd van de activiteit, afhankelijk van het verkeer en de afstand tot het park. Uw exacte ophaaltijd wordt altijd bevestigd door een van onze teamleden, dus houd uw berichten of telefoon in de gaten.

We booked the trip actually last year. They had some kind of communications mix up and the driver was going to be very late which would impact our night plans, we were leaving next day, but asked about just scheduling during our next trip. They indicated no problem, now attempting to do so, they are refusing to honor what they told us, which we have in the communications through Viator, basically just took our money for nothing. Gave them multiple chances to fix this with honoring the purchase and they refused, I have never asked for a refund. I would not take a chance with giving them money for any kind of booking.

This company has poor communication skills and does NOT hold true to promises made by their employees. We were PROMISED that we could reschedule after having paid for this trip last year and THEIR employee never picking us up. They KNEW we were leaving the country the next day. We knew we would be back this year and that was made 100% clear to their business. We were promised we could rescedule when we returned to Cancun. Hasn't even been a year. When calling this year, they straight up ignored us for 2 days. When we were FINALLY able to speak to someone at the office, the manager/owner refused to speak with us and would only communicate through texts. He refused stating that the employee Jose Luis (the one who promised we could reschedule this year upon our return) no longer worked for them and would NOT honor his company representative even though we had ALL conversations in screen shots. POOR business practices. Refusing to speak to a customer who was NEVER picked up by THEIR company for a prepaid excursion. Now refusing to make good on their company promise. I would NOT book with them ever. They take your money and leave you hanging. Please use ANY OTHER company if you value honest business practices.

Very fun the staff was very enthusiastic and full of energy, giving a better experience. The cenote at the end gives you a nice refresher from the ATV to the zip lining and the horseback riding. Highly recommend.

Just know that this cenote experience first includes at an extra cost , horseback riding ( very short trail) , four wheel experience, lots of fun ! And a short zip line experience. You can opt out but then will wait to go to cenote . Well worth it !

Description said "three hours cenote swimming." When we booked it, we were sent an email asking if we'd like to add horseback or ATV riding. We declined. We were asked twice more at the park and declined again. Our transportation contained small groups from two other pickup points. Because we arrived together, we were treated as one group at the park. So my husband and I waited while the other groups did zip lines and tequila tasting (we don't drink and the package was advertised as "family friendly"). We were all transported together by truck to the cenotes where were given approximately 1/2 hour to swim before our guide told us it was time to return to the park entrance for lunch (three very small tacos and a $35 smoothie that we chose to add.) Our appointment was for 9:30 AM but since our hotel was on Isla Mujeres, we met a taxi on the island at 5:30 AM and rode the 6AM ferry so that we could meet our arranged transportation in Cancun at 7:20 AM. The park was beautiful...new facilities, well-staffed, and clean. But for the effort and travel time we invested, we would have liked to have been allowed more time to enjoy the cenote itself.

Me and my partner had a wonderful time at this excursion! I jumped into the cenote! Water felt great! FYI there are bats down there but they don’t bother you. Lol. The tour guide was soooo cool! The food was okay for what it was. It will hold you until you get back to your resort lol. We enjoyed the taste testing so much that we bought one of the bottles. We didn’t do the zipline or the horseback riding so you do wait while everyone else is doing that but its not a long wait and there are things to do while you wait such as drink more or just relax on the swings, enjoy the weather, dance to the music they play and just vibe! Everyone was friendly!

You do not get what is listed on this tour. I expected one or two secluded cenotes to explore with a guide. Instrad dropped off to spend 3 hours in a tourist trap mud hole while waiting for others in the group to atv, zip line and horseback before taking a plunge into what is supposed to be the secluded and serene swimming spot. Oh no - stay far far away from this excursion.
