Ontdek Isla Mujeres op een unieke manier, zeilend door de kalme turquoise wateren van de Caribische Zee aan boord van een catamaran, terwijl je geniet van het feest, de muziek en het plezier aan boord, tijdens deze tour kun je snorkelen in een van de mooiste riffen van de eilanden gekenmerkt door zijn kristalheldere en ondiepe water waar u het zeeleven en verschillende soorten vissen kunt observeren. Na het snorkelen gaan we verder met het feest aan boord, ons geweldige personeel zal ervoor zorgen dat je van de tour geniet, totdat we onze strandclub bereiken, waar je kunt genieten van ons heerlijke buffet en open bar, of je kunt ontspannen in onze faciliteiten, zonnebaden of zwem op ons privéstrand, je hebt ook vrije tijd om het eiland te verkennen, de souvenirwinkels te bezoeken, het noordelijke strand te bezoeken of als je liever foto's van jezelf maakt bij de monumenten van het eiland. Vaar naar Cancun met muziek en feest aan boord, onze medewerkers zullen activiteiten voorbereiden om onderweg van te genieten, zoals spinnaker dat je bij mooi weer kunt doen.
Keer terug naar de boot en maak je klaar om rond het eiland te zeilen van de noordkant naar de westkant waar we aankomen bij de strandclub, genieten van open bar en buffet, vrije tijd om te genieten en de westkant van het eiland te verkennen. .
We komen aan op het eiland met 2 uur vrije tijd om te wandelen. U vindt het meest ongelooflijke strand in Rivera Maya. De wandeling naar Punta Norte duurt 20 minuten vanaf de jachthaven. onderweg vind je veel lokale winkels met souvenirs, tequila, zilver en nog veel meer.

- Wij raden u de volgende aan: Essentiële zonbescherming (breng zelf mee): Hoed: Een hoed met brede rand wordt sterk aangeraden. Zonnebrillen: Biologisch afbreekbare zonnebrillen worden specifiek aanbevolen (waarschijnlijk om milieuredenen als ze overboord gaan). Impliciete behoefte: Hoge SPF, waterbestendige, biologisch afbreekbare rifveilige zonnebrandcrème is absoluut essentieel, zelfs als het niet expliciet wordt vermeld. Regelmatig opnieuw aanbrengen. Andere overwegingen: Een cover-up of UV-beschermende kleding is ook sterk aanbevolen vanwege de beperkte schaduw.
- Stiptheid is vereist: Je moet op tijd aan boord zijn. De tour zal waarschijnlijk vertrekken zonder laatkomers.

4 out of 5 Stars. The only 2 issues we had was: 1. Our reservation said the dock fee was 15.00 each and charged 20.00 each. 2.. Our reservation said arrive at 11:30 and the What’s app message said 11:40. They did actually check us in until 12 and the we left about 20 minutes late.

After every reservation, we personally follow up with our guests via WhatsApp to make sure they have all the necessary information and feel supported throughout the process. This includes the exact meeting time and location, which is why the arrival time in the WhatsApp message may differ from the initial booking confirmation. Guests are asked to arrive before the scheduled departure time because check-in, boarding, and safety procedures must be completed before the catamaran departs. We also allow extra time, as some guests arrive late or need additional time to find parking, which can be limited in the area. The catamaran's scheduled departure is at 12:00 PM. Regarding the dock fee, the mandatory marina tax is USD $20 per person, as clearly stated in the tour description before booking. This fee is established by the marina and is not controlled by our company. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide clear communication and the best possible experience for all of our guests. We hope you still enjoyed your time on the water.
They get you to arrive 1 hour prior to boarding. No beach club. 1 island stop not 2. No spinnaker. Very poor lunch (which we avoided). Would not recommend this trip, better getting the ferry and doing on your own.

Great energy from the boat crew, beautiful spots for lunch & touring Isla mujeres. Only thing we would have changed is how crowded the boat was; made snorkeling a little difficult with so many people. Other than that, definitely worth the cost! Great time with our group.
Let me preface my comments by saying the crew on the boat did a great job and took good care of us. My issue is with the booking company (Viator) and the company that uses them(Tripadvisor). When we got to the marina we were escorted to a catamaran. We booked the trip that was supposed to be English speaking with no more than 45 people and a Spinnaker. Our guide was a Spanish speaking (along with everyone else on the boat besides us). We had no clue what he was saying and didn't have a clue what any of his instructions were. The "no more than 45 people" ended up being more like 75+ people on board. There was no Spinnaker on the boat at all. Once we got home I contacted Viator to inform them they had clearly placed my family on the wrong catamaran and requested a refund. They quickly denied my request with what amounts to a basic "form email". It's sad when a company makes a mistake but takes no responsibility for it and refuses to do anything to make things right with their customers. Won't be using Tripadvisor moving forward.

This crew was the best. They kept my glass full. The music was a whole vibe by itself. The person raking the pictures did cheat me out of a couple of coins but. The whole excursions was a vibe becready to walk or take your towel and umbrella and lil speaking and enjoy the beach like I did. The fish spa was a great experience. The island was beautiful 😍.

Beautiful catamaran tour and beautiful tour of the Island by golf cart, I recommend it. In just over 1 hour you can tour the whole Isla Mujeres

Marco, Joshua and Robert the saxophonist were excellent! I loved the experience and wish I had snorkeled. I was scared and I didn't go but I should have because they were special in making everyone feel safe and comfortable. I would do it again!!
