De Money Bar biedt voor en na uw snorkeltrip een onbeperkte strandvakantie met strandstoelen, kajaks, een opblaasbaar waterpark (controleer welke extra kosten hebben) en ook een heerlijk menu met Mexicaans eten, verse zeevruchten en een bar (bij uw op eigen kosten), dus u kunt zo lang blijven als u wilt.

So much fun and our tour guides were so friendll, helpful, and fun! The water at the sandbar is crystal clear and the most beautiful blue. Stingrays were swimming by us the whole time. I will definitely book this one again!

We did not go to either reef, El Cielo or Palancar, as advertised. We saw very few fish at the 3 snorkel stops they took us to instead. Even though we did not go to the National Marine Park, they still charged us a $13 per person fee. We also did not get dropped back off at The Money Bar, like it said in the description. Without any explanation or communication to us that we would not be getting dropped back off at our starting location, we found ourselves being dropped off back at a marina and we had no idea how to get back to our car at The Money Bar. We then had to find a taxi & pay another $12 for a taxi to take us back to our car. The crew was nice, that was the only thing good about the excursion.

Let us address each point with full transparency. Regarding El Cielo and the snorkel sites, as stated in our tour's Additional Info section, weather conditions can occasionally require us to take an alternative route. On the day of your visit strong winds made access to El Cielo unsafe, a decision made by the Harbor Master of Cozumel whose authority over vessel safety is absolute and non-negotiable. Our Crew always prioritizes the safety of every Guest on board above all else. The three alternative snorkel sites visited — the reefs of Dzul Ha-Paraíso, Cardona, and San Francisco — are beautiful and well established reef systems that we are proud to offer as alternatives. Regarding the National Marine Park fee, we want to clarify that the Cozumel National Marine Park encompasses a large protected area of the island's reefs — not exclusively El Cielo. The reefs of Dzul Ha-Paraíso, Cardona, and San Francisco that you visited that day are all located within the boundaries of the National Marine Park, which is why the fee applied. Regarding the drop-off location, this is where we owe you our most sincere apology. Due to strong surge and swells affecting the pier at The Money Bar that day, docking there was not safe and we were forced to return to the marina instead. While this was beyond our control, we fully acknowledge that our Crew failed to communicate this change clearly to you and failed to provide a transportation solution back to The Money Bar so you could retrieve your car. That should never have happened and we are truly sorry for the stress and inconvenience this caused. As a gesture of accountability we will be refunding the $12.00 US you paid for the taxi. We are glad to hear that our Crew's kindness came through despite a difficult day, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to show you in the furture the kind of experience that JS Tours is truly known for. We had a good time but we could have had a little more snorkel time. It was a laid back Tour, it could have been a bit more up beat. And we wish we're able to reapply sunscreen. It is good for family with children.

The boat is old, but the staff was great. We had a group of 20, with the boat all to ourselves. They guided the snorkeling and saw a variety of fish. Standing in the beautiful shallow water was a highlight as they served great margaritas and cervesa along with wonderful ceviche and chips.

We took a taxi from the Harmony of the Seas port to Money Bar in Cozumel and arrived around 9:30 AM. The staff welcomed us, had us sign the waiver, paid the $11 per person marine fee and got us seated while we waited. The Zeus catamaran arrived on time, and we departed at 10:00 AM. It took about 45 minutes to reach the reefs. Our first snorkeling stops were Columbia Reef and Palancar Reef. At Columbia Reef (around 35 feet deep), we saw schools of fish, puffer fish, stingrays, nurse sharks, and a sea turtle. Palancar Reef (about 55 feet deep) was equally impressive — we spotted around three stingrays, jellyfish, and many other varieties of marine life. Our guide, Jose, was excellent and very experienced. He dove down to point out sharks, turtles, and fish and even made underwater bubble rings, which was fun to watch. He made everyone feel comfortable and safe in the water. After snorkeling, we went to El Cielo to see many starfish and then to El Cielito, where we enjoyed delicious, freshly made ceviche prepared by Chef Olivera, surrounded by friendly stingrays. Captain George was very friendly and kept the ride smooth. We used our own snorkel gear and fins. Snorkel gear was provided by the tour, but no fins were provided, and we used the life vests provided by the tour. We were brought back to Money Bar by 1:00 PM, which gave us plenty of time before returning to port. We had a small lunch at Money Bar before heading back; food at Money Bar is not included in the tour. Overall, this was a well-organized, memorable tour with incredible marine life and a fantastic El Cielo experience. Highly recommend!

It was an easy and quick trip from the port to the Money Bar where we met our boat. About a 40 min ride to snorkeling spots where we saw fish, turtles, starfish and even a shark. A nice little ceviche, fruit and chips were served with plenty of drinks while swimming with friendly sting rays. It was enjoyable and we would love to do again.

We had a great experience. The crew were very friendly and helpful. The only issue is that they didn’t have enough safety vest for all passengers in the trip and that made it inconvenient for the ones without vests while swimming in the middle of the ocean.

The trip is very comfortable, the use of sunblock by marine fauna is not allowed Wear clothing with sun protection, so wear the snorkeling equipment they provide or you can wear your own. Good experience!!!
