This company cancelled on me three hours before my excursion! I was only in the Bahamas for the weekend and planned my entire trip around this tour, so very disappointed! No explanations, no responses to my emails. I'm warning others because I saw reviews stating the same thing before I booked this but still moved forward with them and I shouldn't have. I did receive my money back but that hardly made up for the fact that I wasn't able to book another excursion because they cancelled at the last minute.

My friends and I throughly enjoyed our excursion. Very professional, knowledgeable and entertaining. Seeing the turtles up close was so amazing. Highly recommend!
Canceled the day before and offered to rebook us for 2x the cost. I expect this listing is just a scam to switch you to the other trip. Kids were so disappointed.
Unfortunately, as it is a newer product we have been faced with cancellations due to the passenger requirement. Your family was the only party booked on that day and we require a minimum of 10 passengers for the excursion to go out. We definitely do not wish to scam anyone nor disappoint them, but it's not possible to reasonably operate an excursion under the required count. When we do have another tour available and confirmed on that day, we offer it as an alternative. You are never forced to accept the alternative offer, it is just that...an offer. We are sorry that you didn't get to experience the excursion, and we did provide a full refund. Hopefully you're able to experience the excursion in the future.
My wife and I did the reef snorkel & turtle trip with two other couples on our recent trip to Nassau. We were staying at Baha Mar but choose an offsite excursion to save money and to have a chance to get off of the resort to see a little more of Nassau. The tour we chose was amazing! Everything went smoothly, from checking in at the beach/dock, to the boat itself which had comfortable benches, a shaded area and a place to store bags to keep them (mostly) dry to the amazing snorkel experiences. Big shoutout to Alex and Charlton for bringing great energy and seafaring experience to the day. We had 2-3 novice/new snorkelers in our group (all adults and good swimmers) and they were totally comfortable and had a great time. Highlights were the harbor tour on the way to snorkel. We all loved seeing the fancy homes. Both snorkel spots were great, especially the second spot. So many colorful fish and beautiful coral. Getting to see a stingray was awesome! And the turtle spotting was quick but fun too. Would definitely recommend this excursion and tour outfit!!
Carrington and Captain Alex were great! They gave us a fantastic experience with good vibes and a fun trip. The tour took us to two snorkel stops and a turtle stop. As hosts, they kept us safe, shared tour info and made sure we had a good time. Would do it again! 10/10
This was an amazing experience! Our captain was Alex, and kerrington was the deck hand. They were both very friendly and Informative. They took us to beautiful snorkeling spots and were very helpful for first time snorkeling
The boat ride was amazing and we saw so many things snorkeling, my boys had so much fun jumping off the boat and feeding the pigs. Our guides were very friendly and made our experience wonderful.
