Ga op een onvergetelijke reis naar Panama's adembenemende Caribische pareltjes - alleen bereikbaar over zee! Met meer dan 20 jaar zeilervaring weten we precies waar we je naartoe moeten brengen voor die “hidden paradise” vibe. Laat u om 7:00 uur ophalen bij uw accommodatie in Panama City voor een schilderachtige rit van 2 uur naar het historische Portobelo – een Spaanse haven die in 1597 is gesticht, of ontmoet ons om 9:00 uur bij de steiger om een speedboot naar onze catamaran te nemen. We varen 50 minuten naar Venas Azules, een turquoise mangrovelagune, die we 1,5 uur per bijboot verkennen – zwemmend of ontspannend in kalm ondiep water. Vervolgens is het 30 minuten varen naar Playa Drake, waar je 2,5 uur hebt om te snorkelen met levendige koraalriffen, paddleboarden, kajakken, zwemmen of gewoon lekker te relaxen op het strand of de boot. Om 13.00 uur kunt u genieten van een heerlijke lokale maaltijd aan boord. Na het genieten van al dat moois en plezier, varen we terug naar Portobelo met harten vol onvergetelijke herinneringen. U wordt opgehaald vanuit het comfort van uw accommodatie in Panama City en naar Portobelo gereden als u de optie selecteert die ophalen omvat.
U komt aan bij de aanlegsteiger in Portobelo, waar de tour begint. Hier kunt u de historische Spaanse vestingwerken bewonderen die meer dan 500 jaar geleden zijn gebouwd, waaronder Fort Santiago. Vanaf de aanlegsteiger brengt een speedboot u naar de catamaran om uw avontuur te beginnen.
Onze eerste stop is Blue Veins. Deze prachtige mangrove lagune beschikt over kristalhelder water. Hier verkennen we de lagune per bijboot, zodat u de natuurlijke schoonheid en rustige omgeving ten volle kunt waarderen.
Daarna varen we ongeveer 30 minuten naar Playa Blanca. Dit tropische witte zandstrand is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van de Caribische vibes. Hier kunt u snorkelen om prachtige koraalriffen en kleurrijke vissen te bewonderen, genieten van kajakken, een verfrissende duik nemen of gewoon ontspannen op het strand of op de catamaran.
Na het genieten van onze tijd op het strand, gaan we terug naar Portobelo.
Als u de optie retourvervoer heeft geselecteerd, wordt u comfortabel vanuit Portobelo terug naar Panama-Stad gereden, waar u wordt afgezet bij uw hotel.

Als u de tour boekt met een start in Portobelo, is ophalen niet inbegrepen. U moet ofwel toevoegen en betalen van de pick-up optie of ontmoet ons direct aan de Portobelo dock.

These guys are A +++ from the start to the end. We had a hotel pickup at 7:00. Got a message from Jenny that driver is arriving. At 6:59 he pulls up . Rigoberto our driver was great on communication and kept us up to date on how the day would go. At the dock on arriving we were greeted by Marti and briefed again helped into a tender boat to the Catamaran. We were received by Capt Juan and briefed on how the cruise would go. These giys know their business. Marti & Capt Juan tended to every detail, vests if needed, Making us comfortable all the way, Lovely lunch before we returned after all the snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling- All provided. This was our best excursion during our week-long stay in Panama. It started with an early hotel pick up because we had a 2.5 hour drive to get to the carribean side. We were the only Travellers that day, so we got VIP private service. We were taking to a engine powered canoe at the dock to meet the catamaran. Once there, my husband i discovered that we were the only passengers enjoying the excursion today. Wow! Capt Juan and his other crew member (who happened to be his mom who was also on vacation) gave us the full experience as advertised. We set said to some of the remote island areas along the carribean coast of Colon. We disembarked the catamaran on a small dingy to tour the mangroves and walk and swim in the shallow ocean area. Once back at the catamaran we sailed to another area, anchored and my husband i were provided kayaks and paddle boards. We swam, and walked the shore. Thank you Juan's mom for the excellent lunch. On the 45 minute sail back to meet our driver, Capt Juan played awesome Bosa Nova music. We sat on the front of the boat and let the ocean breeze relax us. This trip was one for our vacation memory books. Thank you Viator.

If you can do only one thing while in Panama this must be it! An entire day spent on the Caribbean snorkeling on two different locations , one of which included corals and loads of different fish species. The team were absolutely accommodating for special diets, super friendly and knowledgeable.

They played loud music all day on the boat, forget nature and quietness. Our group consisted of noisy Americans drinking tequila at 9am in the morning. The food was very basic. Overall I was disappointed specially considering the price paid.

Short on time in Panama City?! Then I would suggest this tour. Though the boat is a bit older and not what I expected, it was comfortable and the captain and staff were amazing. Venas Azules and Drake beach are an adventurous hidden wonder. And the drive from the city to Colón was gorgeous and showcased areas of real Panama. Would definitely do this again.

This was a wonderful day to spend a Saturday in Panama if you want to see some of the Caribbean beaches and have more of a authentic local experience. We were able to look at some of the clear inlet waters and do some snorkeling, and Spent the rest of the day at Playa Blanca. The beach was very peaceful and we were able to do some snorkeling, relaxing, and the provider made us a nice lunch. Juan David and Charlie took great care of us The entire day. This excursion included transport to the port and from the port back to our Airbnb and made everything really easy. Our Driver Manuel Made several stops for us to get food and bathroom trips on the way to the port. I highly recommend This excursion for the value and everything you get to do.

We really enjoyed the Catamaran Experience, even though it was relatively expensive for the duration, but we got to do different things. We also got lucky because we traveled only the 2 of us so we had the boat to ourselves aside with the captain & skipper. We aldo could go kayaking and paddle boarding together as there was only 1 of each.
