Fantastic Family experience for all ages. Throughly enjoyed the jeep safari, meeting the camels, quad bikes, food and evening entertainment. Our driver was outstanding, so attentive, spoke clear English, provided great conversation, water and uk music! Elevate staff at the hotel certainly know their stuff, very informative and friendly and provide great experiences at great prices.

Superb experience ! We used Elevate for desert trip and Dubai/Abbu Dhabi days out. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. We couldn’t have wished for better drivers. Thank you Ghadi for organising it for us.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but Caravanserai was a real letdown. The food ranged from very average to downright disappointing — cold, lacking freshness, and clearly over-commercialised. Soft drinks were served warm, which only added to the frustration. It felt like a tourist trap more focused on profit than quality. Overall, a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

This trip and several others I took whilst in RAK was organised by Ghadi the local rep. This like the others I did was superb and good value for money. Ghadi went out of his way to assist me throughout my stay. He could not have been more helpful or attentive. The best customer service I have received in a very, very long time. What an EPIC experience from start to finish. It started with a friendly welcome from Mustafa who was our driver and guide. His driving was extremely thrilling and adrenaline fuelled yet felt very safe throughout and he was very knowledgeable of Dubai; there were also some great sunset photo opportunities where Mustafa got involved with the group to help take some beautiful shots. Upon arrival to the camp Mustafa made us familiar with it before being seated to our table which was very quaint and had a lovely authentic feel with the beanbags. We then went straight to the camels which was a lot of fun. The only criticism is that we then went to find the sand boarding but struggled to locate it, however that certainly did not dampen the evening as we then had our starter which was very nice. Other guests had Henna tattoos which were very well done but we proceeded back to our table ready for the entertainment which began with a belly dancer. We honestly could not take our eyes off her, she was talented, sexy, and very classy. This was followed up by a fire performer which was very exciting. Both of these acts succeeded in getting the crowd involved. We then had our main course which was a good selection of bbq food with fresh salad and rice which is all provided by a local 5* restaurant. To finish the night there was a male performer, I'm not sure what the act is called but it involved some skilful tricks, with a light performance and topped off with a fire performance. This excursion is very well executed and has an authentic feel to it. I rarely write reviews but this is well deserved. Highly recommended.

Coming all the way from Aberdeen, it was nice meeting new people with different experiences. Enjoyed the camel ride. The car ride in the sand dunes was brilliant as well, very well done by Mustafa our driver and tour guide.

The safari was the most beautiful and special experience of our lives. Our guide Mustafa, made it special. Cheerful, happy, friendly and professional. His only goal was our entertainment and safety. Safari with only Mustafa!Thanks for all Mustafa! We will never forget this experience with you!
