In dit geval heeft de passagier het recht om de tickets naar de Blue Grotto opnieuw te gebruiken bij een toekomstig vertrek. Let op: u moet de voucher afdrukken, elektronische of mobiele vouchers worden niet geaccepteerd. Bewaar uw voucher tot het einde van de tour, want deze functioneert ook als een bon. Als de Blue Grotto wegens ongunstige weersomstandigheden gesloten is, is de touroperator niet aansprakelijk voor de terugbetaling van vervoerskosten.

Was great but take note, the blue grotto entry is a separate boat trip (included in the price). The tour does not stop there.
Due to severe warning the Blue Groto was closed, we made a request 24 hrs prior for Change of date but they were reluctant and they responded very late for change of date after repeated request .. we did not take the tour and did not get refund as requested
We apologize, but we had already printed the tickets for your tour. Please understand that the Blue Grotto closure was due to sea conditions and is beyond our control. The boat tour was still operating, as the Blue Grotto visit is optional and only possible when weather conditions allow it. When open, entry to the Blue Grotto requires an extra payment of €20 per person directly at the entrance. Since the tour itself was available, no refund applies in this case. If you comeback you will be my guest.
The guy who captained the boat was amazing and maneuvered between rocks, into grottos, and got us into nooks that you can't believe. The crew was attentive, polite and very helpful. The guide was very informative, telling us about everything we passed by. This was an unforgettable experience! Do not miss.
We were not told that we had to find our own way to the boat tour place which cost us another 170euros which in turn made us miss going to the blue grotto because of time to catch the ferry back to sorrento. We were told that the boat would wait while we did the grotto but did explain the we had to go back to port and wait to catch a boat back to the blue grotto which could take 2 hours so we couldn’t do it. My husband only wanted to do that and to come so close and not because a lack of communication in your behalf made for an aweful time. We are from Idaho. The boat tour itself was fine.

Regarding the Blue Grotto, unfortunately it was not accessible that day due to sea and weather conditions, something completely beyond our control. As specified in the tour information, when the Grotto is closed, we offer an alternative route by boat around the island instead. it was a nice comfortable tour. beautiful view of capri and positano. the tour to blue grotto is optional. when we did this boat tour, the entrance to the blue grotto was a 2 1/2 hr line wait. if you want to visit the blue grotto, i recommend starting your tour early.
Perfect schedule and pleasant surprise for having guide in Spanish pq in principle was in Italian and English. No delays. Correct vessel
The tour was very fun as we had our teenage grandkids with us. The young crew played music and they had a chance to swim as the grotto was closed. Not much of a narrative but the boys were very happy with their experience.
Beutiful but! Very hot, busy crowded, no shaded areas to have a rest, long lines for funiculure and busses, little crowded busses without area

This place is amazing and the hospitality is Five stars our room had the best view and place was beautiful Breakfast and coffee were also great and good quality food! The fruit was our favorite
