Ontmoet je gids en begin je dag in Capri! De eerste ervaring is de Blue Grotto: de stralende blauwe kleur zal je verbazen. Dan heb je tijd om de steden Anacapri, dat is het historische centrum, en Capri, het meest exclusieve deel, te bezoeken. In Anacapri kun je de stoeltjeslift nemen en naar de top van de berg Solaro vliegen, de hoogste top van het eiland, of een bezoek brengen aan de kerk van San Michele en de Villa van Axel Munthe. In het stadscentrum van Capri zie je het meest excentrieke en levendige deel van het eiland. Vanaf het centrale plein genaamd “La Piazzetta” loop je door de smalle straatjes bevolkt door de boetieks van de meest bekende merken. Je bezoekt de tuinen van Augustus, bewondert de weg genaamd Via Krupp en ziet een van de symbolen van het eiland: de imponerende Faraglioni-rotsen. Vervolgens kunt u uw vrije tijd gebruiken om via Camerelle, de winkelstraat van het eiland, te wandelen. 'S Middags begroet je je gids op dezelfde plek waar je' s ochtends afspreekt.

Je komt bij de ingang van de Blue Grotto en gaat naar binnen tot je een kleine houten boot neemt.
Anacapri is het meest authentieke deel van het eiland en het historische centrum. Je hebt tijd om het te verkennen.
Tijdens uw vrije tijd in Anacapri kunt u ervoor kiezen om de historische Villa van Axel Munthe te bezoeken.
Als u de top van de berg Solaro wilt bereiken, kunt u de stoeltjeslift nemen en vanaf het panoramische terras genieten van het geweldige uitzicht.
Dit is het meest iconische deel van het eiland, met zijn kleine straatjes, beroemde sieraden en boetieks van de beste merken ter wereld.
De botanische tuin met uitzicht op de baai van Marina Piccola en de beroemde zigzagweg langs de Via Krupp.

Francesco was great getting us to our various places and helping to navigate the ferry. He also recommended a good restaurant for lunch.
This was a full day tour with our excellent guide Francesco. Fortunately the weather was good so we were able to enter the Blue Grotto which was amazing. We then went up to Capri town in a bus and walked though to the August Gardens via a perfume factory/shop and viewed the Faraglioni rocks and had time to wander through the the array of designer shops back to the bus. We then drove up to Anacapri and had the opportunity for a lunch break and take the chair lift up Monte Solaro with its stunning panoramic views. There was no mention of visiting Villa San Michele while we were there which is included in the itinerary. We were then driven back to the port early where the guide offered a boat tour round the island at additional cost which we didn't want. I have reduced the score as the itinerary wasn't followed

Here’s a polished review you can post: Our tour of the Blue Grotto and Capri was one of the highlights of our trip, and our guide, Francesco, was outstanding! He expertly ushered our group to the Blue Grotto first thing, ensuring we beat the crowds. We waited only about 10 minutes, which was just enough time to snap a few photos from the stairs leading down to the boats before boarding. During the trip to and from the Grotto, Francesco shared the day’s itinerary and provided fascinating facts about Capri, its history, and how the island is divided into different areas. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. When we arrived in Anacapri, Francesco gave us time to explore and shop while he arranged a specific time for our group to board the chairlift. This was an incredible time saver since we didn’t have to stand in line waiting for tickets or boarding. After Anacapri, he guided us through Capri town, including visits to the perfumery and the beautiful gardens. The tour was well organized and offered a great balance of guided experiences and free time. We chose to leave the group at that point and spend the rest of the day exploring on our own, but Francesco made sure to remind us that our tour stickers still provided access to the buses back to the ferry port, which was very helpful. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Capri—and if possible, request Francesco! His organization, knowledge, and attention to detail made for an exceptional experience.

We did not have to worry about anything, the whole day was planned for us. The lines were significantly reduced, which allowed us to fully enjoy our visit. Our guide taught us a lot about the history of the island of Capri throughout the day. Without a guide, we would never have been able to discover Capri in a single day as we did. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone who wishes to visit Capri. Our guide, Francesco, radiated positive and vibrant energy, and his passion for the island was felt at every moment. A wonderful way to see Capri - Marco was an educational guide and quite adept at securing transportation in chaos that requires insider networks! The tour was accommodating of our late arrival from Positano due to ferry schedules and we were happy to substitute a cruise around the island for the Blue Grotto experience.
