Cappadocia Sunrise Hot Air Balloon met vlucht uit Istanbul

An unforgettable experience. The balloon flight was impressively beautiful. The pilot maneuvered with outstanding precision. Unfortunately, we had to wait an hour until we were picked up for the balloon flight and the sun was already in the sky. So no flying into the sunrise. Everything else on the outward and return flights went perfectly.

Fantastic, an incredible experience, highly recommended. It is a spectacular walk, with amazing landscapes. I would do it again

A magical place that transports you to the past, other times when the Persians had to live in stone houses and caves, a good guide who explains everything very clearly.

Tour company arranged all details very well, we had a blast and everything was on time. Only company we could find that makes a day trio to Cappadocia possible with a balloon ride included. Loved every min of it.Thank you.

Whilst the tour itself was 4 stars in my opinion, this company deserves less than 1 star for the service and also the description provided for this tour. Following booking this tour we received the flight confirmation details from Enka Travel. Our flight time was 00:10 departing from Istanbul Airport. The fare had been booked by them through a third party website. On the afternoon of our flight I received a message from the tour operator stating that our flight had changed and was now at 21:20. We had already made plans for that evening which now clashed with this booking time. I asked why we had only just been notified the flight had been changed. They told me that she had only been notified by the airline that morning the flight had been cancelled and had rebooked on our behalf. I contacted Turkish Airlines who informed me that the flight had actually been cancelled a month earlier. When I raised this with Enka they told me that it was my responsibility to ensure my flight hadn't been cancelled. They hadn't provided my contact details on the original flight booking. Had this been the case I would've received a notification when it was cancelled and could've made other arrangements. Enka then continued to blame me and made out like they'd done me a favour and weren't liable to rebook the fare according to Viator rules (even though it was provided as part of the package they'd sold). They even told me how lucky I was to even be going on the balloon tour as spots that day had been selling or over 400 euros on the 'black market'. The manner this was handled was very unprofessional and I did appreciate being blamed for something which was largely out of my control and should be included in the list of services a travel company provides. Due to our flight being 3 hours earlier than scheduled we were dropped off at a hotel and allowed to stay in their reception area for 5 hours until our pickup. I felt this was very unprofessional. Upon speaking to another couple on our tour it came to light that they had in fact realised the flight had been cancelled and notified Enka, Enka had not even realised prior to that. In addition to this the following are incorrect about the description: Lunch was not a buffet and the restaurant tried to charge us for lunch. Breakfast is crackers and tea/coffee. Return airport transfer had not been organised. The pottery is a demonstration and you don't get to try it yourself. Balloon ride was 45 minutes.

Although due to climatic reasons, it was not possible to take the hot air balloon flight, my overall experience was excellent! The cave boutique hotel was unexpectedly pleasant, the enchanting assistance from their personal, and the dedication of the tourist guide made us to feel an unforgettable trip to Capadoccia.

I booked the tour and ready to go till 6 hours before the tour process start i got tour cancellation via Whatapp during waiting the plane at Istanbul Airport!Understandable because of weather conditions but information i got that is really wrong!At my text in whatapp said that i will get refund from my balloon tour and they will arrange "Free Hotel" to continue day tour! The Day Tour!!!Carefully check this tour because in my group tour they put together with English Speaking, Turkish Speaking and Spanish Speaking together so during all the place you have been you need to wait the guide tour all step that you need to know!!! And other group speaking so it take a bit time during wind and cold!!!The guide also didnt seem active much during first spot that we need to wait the guide sitting and drink their morning coffee!!!So all spot you need to see you need to standing to wait the guide explains each speaking first and then is your turn!! Kind of unprofessional in my opinion!After the trip that for drop off!!!They drop me in some hotel lobby since 16.30 until 18.30, 2 hours in some eat place of the hotel to wait someone pic me up to drop me back to airport!!! That are so bad services!!! 2 hours in someplace that not even anyone give any information because i try to ask hotel reception he didnt know any information about pic up!!! Good luck have someone came to pic me!!!After the trip!!!I got refund 120 euros and i try to ask the tour via whatapp and she said TripAdvisor took the rest of money for Hotel, Transportation, Food, Services, Ticket!!!But at the beginning they didnt inform that i need to pay!!! Because i dont wanna just fly to Kayseri to make a day tour! I took the tour because i fly balloon then just take a rest of the time during waiting night flight to take tour!So I am not sure right now who are try to cheat me about the tour between TripAdvisor-Viator or travel agent!!!I went to Brazil - Peru and used Viator and kind of impress it so much but now i need to consider again to use this services!!! Because after the trip i try to contact them it seem quite difficult bc in Q&A have only company completed answer that is not really true information!!!Because i wanna ask and inform them manything but seem quite difficult to contact!!!So Carefully about Viator Tours if you have the problem you will get confused between who will respond the failed thing between Viator or Travel Agent!!!

<p>Avesome experience! <br/> Flight Istanbul 11:30 pm to Kaysery arriving time 1:30am<br/> Transfer to Goreme with a comfy minibus 1 hour drive and 3 hours relax at Cappadocia ballons station, the will provide to give you nice sofas, food and drink and wifi connection.<br/> The hot air ballon flight is 90min and I was back at Goreme at 9am.<br/> Unfortunately I didnt get time to add more activities but if you want you can add tours in Cappadocia after your Hot Ballon Experience.<br/> Well organized, book and don't ask unfortunately few people speak in english... they will provide do manage your day per minute.</p>
