We zullen iemand in een rood vest / jas hebben om u te ontmoeten bij de cruiseterminal. Zij zullen u naar de juiste bus leiden om in te stappen. Uw gidsen zullen ook uw naam en telefoonnummer hebben en op u letten.

- We hebben een minimum van vier personen in totaal geboekt op een tour nodig om door te gaan, en we behouden ons het recht voor om de tour te annuleren als we niet voldoende mensen ontvangen
- Passagiers moeten mogelijk een paar treden op en af. We stoppen wel en lopen rond op de verschillende sites, maar indien gewenst kunnen ze in het voertuig blijven.
- De tour duurt 3 uur, inclusief de rijtijd om bij de verschillende sites te komen. We besteden over het algemeen ongeveer 15 minuten aan elke halte, maar de rijtijd om naar elke plaats te komen voegt een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid tijd toe aan de tour
- Wij zijn gevestigd in St. John's Newfoundland, niet Saint John New Brunswick. Het zijn verschillende steden, ruwweg 1000 km uit elkaar

Steve was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and humorous. His affection and love for Newfoundland and Labrador even though he’s a “Come From Away” is evident.
We had a nice time and enjoyed the information about St. John's that Steve shared with us. We stayed at each stop just long enough to get the gist of the area.
Steve was excellent. His knowledge of Newfoundland was extensive and his enthusiasm for his country made the tour exceptional.
It is a fast paced tour of the highlights listed in the description. Promp pickup and dropoff. One of my favorite tours.

Would have appreciated more guidance on how to find tour operator- red jacket and the word "Viator".
We were disappointed.A lot.We took this tour because we wanted to visit the National Historic Monument of Cape Spear. With no car and no available bus service in St John's, the taxi return fare would have cost 70cad×2. So we paid for this bus tour. Hélas! We were given ONLY 26 ( twentysix!) minutes to visit a scenic historic place at the most eastern point of the North American continent where a 1835 old lighthouse still stands and can be vosited till up to the summit inside! The driver instead told us explicitly and insistenly NOT to go up to the lighthouse and to stay down with him next to the shop and visitor center! That was not Cape Spear however! So we decided to run up the hill in a hurry to take fotos.But did not have time to go inside the lighthouse. What a pity as we come from very far away (Italy). The second disappointment and non compliance with the description of the tour was Quidi Vidi. The driver told us that it was not possible to visit it (sic).Thus, once arrived there, we looked at it from the windows(!) of the little bus for a few minutes. We stopped on the contrary for 35 minutes at a minuscule fisher village, which, historically, is of course absolutely not important as Cape Spear. I can not suggest tp anyone this kind of amateur tour.
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry the pacing at Cape Spear left you feeling rushed - that's genuinely disappointing to hear. This excursion is a three-hour tour covering Cape Spear, Signal Hill, and the city, with a firm all-aboard time to work back from. Within that window, the roughly 25–30 minutes we allow at Cape Spear is about as much as the format permits - it's already a substantial element of the tour. If you're back in St. John's, or for anyone reading this who'd like to linger longer, our Hop On Hop Off service is likely the better fit — you set your own pace at each stop and stay as long as you like rather than working to a group schedule. This was a great tour lead by Bryan who was knowledgeable, funny and entertaining! A great way to get a sample of iconic locations in and around St. John's. Makes you want to come back for more !
