Wij bieden vervoersdiensten aan voor alle reizigers die aankomen op Cancun International Airport, waardoor een comfortabele reis naar hun respectievelijke hotels binnen de Riviera Maya-regio wordt gegarandeerd. Onze service is een retourpakket, wat betekent dat we u ook op de dag van vertrek ophalen, zodat u verzekerd bent van een veilige en probleemloze terugkeer naar Cancun Airport. De terminal waar u aankomt is afhankelijk van de luchtvaartmaatschappij waarmee u vliegt. Zodra u uw bagage hebt opgehaald, gaat u naar het gedeelte “Toeroperators”. Daar wordt u hartelijk begroet door een van onze vertegenwoordigers van Mexico Travel Solutions, die een wit en roze poloshirt met een kleurrijk bloemenlogo aan de rechterkant draagt en een bord met onze bedrijfsnaam vasthoudt. Om het u gemakkelijker te maken om ons te vinden, staat ons team hier te wachten : Terminal 3 : Perrons 51 t/m 54 Terminal 2 Nacional : Perron 53 Terminal Inter 2 : Voor het Grab & Go Café Terminal 4: Perrons 50 en 26 Wanneer u onze vertegenwoordiger ontmoet, dient u uw bevestigingsvoucher of identiteitsbewijs met foto ter verificatie te tonen. We kijken ernaar uit u te verwelkomen en ervoor te zorgen dat uw reis soepel verloopt!

It was very economical and reliable way to get to our hotel and back to the airport. Driver was waiting for us at the airport with a name tag and on our way back to another driver was outside the hotel’s reception on time. I would definitely use this service again!
Jamie lied about a lot of things and I think it was very misleading yes we had an amazing experience with the whale sharks but Jamie didn’t do that..he gets ya in to do these excursions and then screws ya over. We had to pay extra at the excursion and he said we wouldn’t…so he said we would get free suvinerar from the whale shark excursion…had to keep asking for it then day we left to go home he gave me a bag…from a little grocery store with hot sauce and magnet. Not even from the whale shark experience. Wouldn’t ever recommend Jamie again. Will not be back. We also couldn’t travel with hot sauce…so went right in the trash…

We had to wait a hour for transport, customer service was awful. I will not use the service i paid for back to the airport. I will pay another fee for a cab.

My husband and I booked a roundtrip shuttle for our stay in Cancun. The driver from the airport to our hotel was personable. Driving in Mexico is a little crazy as the drivers dodge and weave in and out of traffic. Looks like they are going to side-swipe the other cars. Our transport from the hotel back to the airport was TERRIBLE. First the driver was late picking us up. Then he was the only driver we had that drove like a turtle. We ended up taking a very different route and drove through the city of Cancun. Got stuck in traffic and the other passengers were concern about missing their flight. Once the driver realize that they may miss their flight, he started driving like a bat out of HELL. I know were going 100mph in curves. We were all holding on the the grip bars they have on the back of the seats. I was praying that we did not crash. It was ridiculous on how reckless he drove. Once the couple got dropped off I noticed they did not leave him a tip. And once we got off with the other remaining couple, none of us gave him a tip either because we could have all lost our lives if he would have crashed!!!!!!!!!!! MTS please do better with your drivers!!

Pick up was on time, safe and smooth travel, rep was very friendly, reliable and price was very reasonable comparing to other transfer company.
So my name is Tamika and I flew Delta. I made the reservation for myself and Brittany (I used her itinerary for the times since she came in after my flight on Southwest). I was not aware that you there would be two different terminals when booking and I guess that's where the issue came in. Upon arrival, I found MTS vans and told them I needed to go pick up Brittany. I was told that they had to go get her first then come get me and it would be about 5 mins. I waited outside for about an hour mind you it started storming very bad and I was soaked. I asked to sit in a van while the one that was coming to get me arrived. After being out there, I was then told to get in the van and it was taking me to pick up Brittany who also was wet from the storm. Now on the day of departure, a van came to the hotel however they claimed that was not our van and we had to wait 5 mins. 5 mins came and gone to the point where I ended up paying $60 for a taxi for her and I to get to the airport after I had paid for the roundtrip service. I did not receive roundtrip service. I honestly would love a refund!

The service I took was airport-hotel-airport. I was very satisfied with the service I took; it was a shared service, and the waiting time at the airport to go to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to the airport, was quite good, only about 15 to 20 minutes of waiting. The van that picked us up was clean, with air conditioning, and the driver was very kind. The customer service was very efficient.
