We zijn toegewijd aan het maken van deze hele dag privé charter een unieke, ontspannen en mooie ervaring alleen voor uw groep. We ontmoeten u op het startpunt dat in uw reservering staat vermeld. Ter plaatse zal onze manager u verwelkomen en helpen met de incheckprocedures. Onze eerste stop is snorkelen bij een rif waar je kleurrijke tropische vissen ziet. Daarna varen we verder richting Isla Mujeres op onze catamaran terwijl u ontspant met koele drankjes, muziek en een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. Aangekomen bij een strandhuis in het centrum van Isla Mujeres, geniet je van een lokale Mexicaanse lunchervaring op het dak van het strandhuis, een geweldig uitzicht (inbegrepen). Na afloop heb je vrije tijd om de omgeving van het eiland, lokale winkels en de bruisende sfeer te verkennen. Daarna keren we terug naar de catamaran en varen langs de kustlijn, stoppen bij het beroemde Playa Norte om te zwemmen in kristalhelder turquoise water. Tenslotte varen we terug naar Cancun terwijl u ontspant, geniet van drankjes, muziek en prachtige Caribische uitzichten.

We ontmoeten je bij het startpunt in Cancun, die je kunt vinden in je reservering na boeking. Als u hulp nodig heeft bij het vervoer of vragen heeft voor aankomst, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via het telefoonnummer dat in uw bevestiging staat. De makkelijkste manier om ons te bereiken is via WhatsApp. Zodra u aankomt, zal onze check-in manager uw groep verwelkomen en u helpen met alle benodigde incheckprocedures voordat u aan boord van de catamaran gaat.
Na vertrek kunt u ontspannen op de catamaran terwijl u geniet van uw eerste verfrissende drankjes en het prachtige kristalheldere turquoise water van het Caribisch gebied. We varen richting onze eerste stop — een snorkelrif gevuld met kleurrijke tropische vissen en zeeleven. Hier heb je tijd om te zwemmen en het rif te verkennen terwijl je de levendige onderwaterwereld ontdekt.
Na het snorkelen varen we verder richting het prachtige eiland Isla Mujeres. Terwijl u over de turquoise Caribische wateren vaart, kunt u ontspannen met koude dranken naar keuze, waaronder margarita's, koude bieren, water, sappen en frisdranken. Geniet van uw favoriete muziek terwijl u geniet van het prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan tijdens het zeilen.
Aangekomen bij de strandclub in het centrum van Isla Mujeres. In het restaurant op het dak met prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan kunt u genieten van een onbeperkt Mexicaans lunchbuffet. Na de lunch heb je ongeveer een uur vrije tijd om het eiland te verkennen, lokale winkels te bezoeken of gewoon te genieten van de ontspannen eilandsfeer.
Na het verkennen van het eiland vervolgen we onze zeiltocht langs de kustlijn van Isla Mujeres terwijl we genieten van prachtige uitzichten. Vervolgens gaan we voor anker bij het beroemde Playa Norte, bekend om zijn ondiepe kristalheldere turquoise water. Hier heb je tijd om te zwemmen en te ontspannen terwijl je geniet van de tropische eiland vibes. Daarna varen we langzaam terug naar Cancún terwijl u ontspant, geniet van uw favoriete muziek en verder geniet van koele drankjes terwijl u geniet van het prachtige Caribische uitzicht.
We komen terug bij het startpunt in Cancún. Eenmaal aan de kade kunt u uw spullen verzamelen en doorgaan naar uw volgende bestemming, of het nu uw huurauto, een taxi of een shuttle is.

Loved the snorkeling and the crew was so attentive! Super helpful and fun! My kids had a blast! The crew even took photos of us!
Enjoyed our time relaxing on the Catamaran. The captain and his crew were very attentive to our needs. We went snorkeling in 2 different areas. Then had some lunch and did a little shopping. Swimming and relaxing on a raft the last hour. They were always offering drinks and trying to help out when walking around the boat. Beautiful day and well worth the money instead of being on a crowded boat.
This was one of the best excursions I have ever been on. Our group of 8 had so much fun, it was the highlight of our vacation. The crew was a blast to hang out with. We got to snorkel the underwater statue museum as well as a shipwreck. Our time on Isla Mujeres was so fun. Captain Juan (aka the Silver Fox) made sure to procure us golf carts for zooming around the island and then went with us for guidance and to play. The drinks onboard were plentiful and delicious. We had such an amazing time that it was all our group could gush about for the rest of the vacation. We feel like we made a true friend with Juan, we can’t wait to book another excursion with them when we come back.

Our catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres was an unforgettable trip. Juan tailored the experience for us from the beginning. On the boat we were able to experience snorkeling at a shipwreck and the sandy beach of Playa del Norte. When we docked at Isla Mujeres we were met with a Tequila tasting and a buffet lunch was set up at the beach club. Juan then set up golf carts and he personally took us on a tour of the island. He shared the history of the island while stopping at spots for us to take pictures and see the sites. The whole experience was easy. Juan and the crew took care of every detail to ensure a relaxing and fun day trip. The crew became friends and we cannot wait to come back and visit again!

This tour is not at all as described. The boat is completely different and very small, lunch is not included, nor are paddle boards available. Open bar and crew was good
Hi, sorry to hear, unfortunately there must’ve been a misunderstanding we didn’t include lunch back than in our package as you could’ve seen in your reservation details. We have only one Gemini Catamaran 35ft in service so far. I’m checking with the cs service here about that again sorry for any inconvenience. We do always our best to give our customers the best possible service as seen in the reviews before also I can’t finde your name in our past reservation list, I do hope you were not mistaken with another tour.. well do our best to sort things out. We snorkeled at the shipwreck after leaving the dock in Cancun. It was amazing to see all the tropical fish! We sailed to the wonderful island of Isla Mujeres, docked downtown and enjoyed lunch then discovered the little island some more. We then sailed to Playa North Beach - such a great white sandy beach with crystal clear waters! It has been an amazing and truly unforgettable experience. The Captain and crew were very attentive at all times. All together an amazing experience and very recommendable. 5 stars!

Juan was a wonderful host. He anticipated what we needed before we asked. The crew was great and very attentive. They were very flexible with what we wanted. The catamaran was clean and well maintained. Snorkeling at the shipwreck was fun but crowded as was the beach at Isla Mujeres but the ride around the south side of the island was breathtaking. Highly recommend this experience.

The actual catamaran was great. The logistics were terrible. No one would give me an actual address for the “meeting place”. I was continually given the name of a Marina, but not an address. We had to arrange our own transportation so I needed an address to give the taxi driver. I gave him the Marina name (as instructed the multiple times I asked) and he didn’t know where that was. I was able to find the address in my own online. Once we arrived at the marina, there was no one waiting for us. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early (which we did - at 9:45am), but the catamaran didn’t arrive until after 10:00am. We tried to use Viator customer support contact, but didn’t receive a response from them until after 10:00am.
Hi Susan, I still have our communication on file here, I even send you an link on google maps that tells the exact adress that you could’ve given the driver we never had any issues with taxis not finding the spot, you even tried to call the Marina instead of just calling me and even after we were actually texting on WhatsApp and you arrived and were received on time, still you were holding on to that adress issue that you just made up.. and finally there is also an exact adress in the booking details after booking. I still have not a single idea what made you so upset about the adress? It’s simply displayed on file here and simply to find on google maps. In the beginning the adress is not detailed given from Viator because of their booking policies. I’m happy that you liked our charter and that we were there at 10am as we do start at 10am shows that we were accurate on time and as I said we were in constant contact on WhatsApp, there was nothing that could’ve gone wrong. Maybe the next time you want to check on the booking details were it says meeting location? Thank you and Best Joe
