Uw chauffeur wacht 15 minuten vanaf de geboekte ophaaltijd; als we geen melding ontvangen dat uw chauffeur vertrekt nadat de wachttijd is verstreken. Moet ik mijn ophaalservice bevestigen voor mijn terugkeer naar de luchthaven? Ja, u ontvangt een e-mail met de ophaaltijd voor uw terugkeer naar de luchthaven. Hoe wijs je de ophaaltijd aan voor mijn terugkeer naar de luchthaven? De ophaaltijd wordt berekend op basis van de routetijd plus 2,5 uur. Dit garandeert een veilige check-in van de vlucht. We used CanaDian for our resort transfers and they were great. Our flight was late so I sent them a message saying we were likely going to be delayed about 2hrs and they no problem they would be watching for us. We texted when we had our bags and they were waiting outside for us. We had a quick save transfer to the hotel in both directions. We will definitely use them again.

Very good service, you are contacted before each transfer by message and when you arrive at the airport you already have your message, and when you leave I have had to say that they are there in less than 10 minutes! Use this service twice already
We did an ATV ride, ziplines, tequila tasting, and a cenote. We enjoyed all of it and the experience was super organized and Lalo was high energy. Since we upgraded, we didn’t have to spend any time waiting and could enjoy everything completely. For me, the best part were the six tequilas we tried and learning what gave them each their character. For the price, we basically paid $35 per activity/ person including transportation. Definitely a good value and highly recommend the upgrade.
They did an awesome job. Prompt and courteous three part pre scheduled and prepaid transportation from Cancun airport to Secrets Akumal then a week later second drop off in Cancun at Westin Lagunamar then third stop back to the airport. I didn't take the free transportation provided with my Costco travel package. I couldn't the risk with the company that I had heard horror stories about. Not taking the chance of being stranded in a foreign country. I have used your service 3 prior trips and as always very satisfied. Thank you for starting and ending my trip on an amazing note.

Great service! Meet point at airport very easy, contact with office throughout by sms. Very quick to respond, good price point especially if you have lots of people. Vehicles are clean, comfortable and have A/C - very useful in August in Cancun. Don’t hesitate to book these guys if you need a transfer - save all the stopping at each hotel with their shuttle buses.
It was hard to find our shuttle driver, but Viator was very responsive in real-time. Transportation went smoothly with no issues.
