Ga mee op de Taco Attack, een overheerlijke reis door het centrum van Cancun waar elke hap een verhaal vertelt en elke stop pure magie is. We dwalen door kleurrijke straten op zoek naar taco's, genieten van de lokale sfeer en ontdekken verborgen pareltjes. Van onze favoriete taqueria's die al generaties lang mensen voeden, dit is het echte Cancun, warm en vers geserveerd. Duik vervolgens in de meest iconische taco's van Cancun, van langzaam gegaarde klassiekers tot smaken uit de kustregio en lokale straatfavorieten. Het aanbod verandert met het tijdstip van de dag, en dat is precies de bedoeling. 's Ochtends of 's avonds, elke tour is een ander verhaal. Vleesliefhebbers, vegetariërs, salsafanaten, iedereen is welkom. Wij zorgen voor de nodige pit met een fantastische selectie salsa's. Toe aan een pauze? Geniet van een gratis tequila- en mezcalproeverij. Net als je denkt dat je vol zit... Churros, Mexicaans ijs of een palet om de deal te bezegelen. Dit is meer dan een rondleiding. Het is een onvergetelijke Taco-aanval!! Maak je dus klaar om te zeggen: "Nog één taco!"

Hier begint het allemaal. Je gids staat klaar. Het avontuur begint nu. Ochtendtour: Café de Pot of Agua Fresca, dierenkoekjes en een warme enchilada om de eetlust op te wekken. Het authentieke Cancun, de eerste hap. Avondtour: Esquites. Mexicaanse maïs van de straat, in een beker. Epazote, mayonaise, kaas, limoen, chili. Eén hap en je snapt het.
Ochtendtour: Taco's in een mandje. Gestoomd sinds zonsopgang, gevuld sinds mensenheugenis. Probeer de chicharron prensado. De bestverkochte in heel Mexico. Nu weet je waarom. Avondtour: De salbute. Opgeblazen, krokant, gegarneerd met cochinita pibil. Voeg habanero toe als je durft. Dit is Yucatán op een tortilla.
Ochtendtour: Cochinita pibil of lechon. Een nacht lang langzaam gegaard in achiote en bittere sinaasappel. Verpakt in een warme tortilla. Voeg ingelegde uien toe. Neem even de tijd. Zo goed is dit. Avondtour: Vis taco's in bierbeslag. Knapperige garnalentaco's. Het kustgebied van Cancun op een bord. Fris, gedurfd, onvergetelijk.
Ochtendtour: Tacos de guisado op een verse handgemaakte blauwe maistortilla. Wat de kok vandaag ook maar heeft klaargemaakt. Geen menu, geen script. Gewoon authentieke Mexicaanse huisgemaakte gerechten. Die onvoorspelbaarheid is nu juist de kern van de zaak. Avondtour: Suadero. Worst. Krokante pens. Kies je wapen. Alles perfect bereid. Vegetariërs, de kaasquesadilla zal vleesliefhebbers jaloers maken.
Ochtendtour: De pescadilla. Verse vis met harde schaal, bereid op de Cancun-manier. Knapperig van buiten, vers van binnen. De zee op een tortilla. Avondtour: De tol draait rond. Vers gesneden al pastor, heet op je tortilla geserveerd. De taco die Mexico definieert. Je zult er twee nodig hebben.
Tequila 101 Blanco, reposado, mezcal. Drie glazen, drie verhalen. Na deze stop zul je nooit meer op dezelfde manier naar tequila kijken.
Ochtendtour: Maya chelada. Limoen of zure sinaasappel, ijs en die dorst na een wandeling. Licht, lokaal, perfect. Gezondheid. Avondtour: Een klassieke margarita om de avond mee af te sluiten. Limoen, zout en goede vibes. Gezondheid.
Ochtendtour: Ambachtelijk ijs of een ijssalon, de keuze is aan u. Mamey, zuurzak, tamarinde, hibiscus. Echt fruit, echte smaak. Het perfecte einde. Avondtour: Churros rechtstreeks uit de frituurpan. Chocolade, cajeta of gecondenseerde melk. Heerlijk, warm, klaar.
Missie voltooid Volle buikjes, brede glimlachen. Dit was Cancun, geserveerd taco voor taco. Je hebt het geflikt, Taco Warrior. Missie volbracht.

EXPERIENCE: 10/10 !!! I had the pleasure of doing my Tour with Antonio, and he was great! He was very knowledgeable on the culture and knew a lot of cool spots. I went solo, but he definitely made me feel comfortable and his vibe was truly amazing! Now let’s talk about the food and drinks: I had a few tacos along the way in a market area (SOOO YUMMY) and some tacos in a few restaurants (very authentic), had some eqsuite (delicious but spicy), and had some shots for the tequila tasting! I felt safe and was having fun in doing so, I would recommend to others and solo travelers!! Shoutouts to Antonio, he’s the BESTTTT !!!

Antonio was amazing! We had the best tacos at the coolest little spots. We never would have ordered the stuff he got us which made the experience that much better.
