In plaats van toeristische locaties te bezoeken, nemen we je mee naar Mercado 23 en het centrum van Cancun, waar de lokale bevolking eigenlijk elke dag eet en winkelt. Onze kleinschalige aanpak zorgt voor een ontspannen tempo, zinvolle interactie en een dieper begrip van de Mexicaanse eetcultuur. Proeverijen worden zorgvuldig gedeeld, net zoals de lokale bevolking de markt ervaart, waardoor u de mogelijkheid heeft om een grote verscheidenheid aan traditionele smaken te proberen zonder dat u zich gehaast voelt. Duik in authentieke smaken: We beginnen ons avontuur op Market 23, een bruisende lokale plek vol authentieke Mexicaanse smaken. Je proeft traditionele snacks zoals tamales, taco's, gorditas en vers fruit rechtstreeks van lokale verkopers. Dit is waar de lokale bevolking winkelt, en je voelt de levendige energie van het dagelijks leven in Cancun als we door de kleurrijke kraampjes lopen.
Ontspan & geniet van de lokale traditie: Na het verkennen komen we tot rust in Pescaditos, een geliefde lokale plek. Hier serveren we u ceviche in de pure Cancun-stijl, naast een verfrissend drankje. Het is een favoriet onder de lokale bevolking en de perfecte plek om te genieten van de relaxte vibes van Cancun terwijl u geniet van verse, smaakvolle gerechten.
Ijs met een twist: We eindigen ons avontuur in het levendige Parque de las Palapas, waar je de kans krijgt om te genieten van traditioneel Mexicaans ijs. Exceptional experience- sampling various local foods with the birra tacos and shrimp ceviche were divine. Our guide was personable and knowledgeable about local cuisine and history. I would highly recommend the outing and definitely plan on booking it again.

Saul saved our vacation! I booked the foodie tour for my husband’s 45th birthday and slipped the evening before in the hotel shower, breaking my finger. Not only did we try amazing food, get great gifts, and truly enjoy learning all about Cancun, he took time to take me to the pharmacy. We enjoyed him so much we booked a tour later in the week to the monkey Sanctuary. My son has continued to say that Saúl was the best part of our trip!
