Dit is een privévervoer dat u rechtstreeks naar uw hotel of bestemming in de hotelstrip van Cancun brengt. we vieren ons 5-jarig jubileum en als blijk van waardering voor uw voorkeur krijgt u een gratis shoppingtour naar Cancun of Playa del Carmen. de gratis rondleiding vindt plaats op een andere dag van aankomst. Reserveren 2 dagen van tevoren is verplicht en onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid. bij aankomst krijgt u het nummer van de executive die u zal helpen om uw reservering te maken zodra u op de luchthaven aankomt, haalt u uw bagage op en daarna gaat u door de douane en de immigratiedienst. daarna ga je door de hal en vind je de uitgang. kijk voor de uitgang van reisbureaus en touroperators. daar vindt u onze medewerkers die op u wachten met een bordje met uw naam. onze medewerkers zullen u naar het gebied leiden waar we het voertuig hebben dat u naar uw hotel zal brengen.

Zodra uw vlucht landde en u door de douane en migratie gaat, neemt u de uitgang van reisbureaus en touroperators. ### Ontmoetingspunten Onze vertegenwoordigers wachten op u met een bord met ons logo op de volgende plaatsen : - ✈️ **Terminal 2** : Platform **32** - ✈️ **Terminal 3** : Platform **55** - ✈️ **Terminal 4** : Platform **50** Als u net vertrek geboekt heeft, bel ons dan een dag voor vertrek om uw ophaaltijd te krijgen. Bij gedeeld vervoer zullen we u groeperen met andere klanten en zullen we stops maken op verschillende hotels vergeet dan niet om ons te bellen of sms'en een dag voor uw vertrek. De service is beschikbaar op het door u geselecteerde tijdstip en uit beleefdheid wacht het voertuig tot 10 minuten na de geplande tijd.

Excellent service for a reasonable price. Our plane was delayed and a missed connection happened, but they were accomidating and got us to our hotel 6 hours after we were suppose to arrive! Great service thank you so much!

When I arrived I was told that the service doesn’t go to my resort that is in Cancun. I sent the address and Google Maps directions ahead of time and when I arrived at the airport I was told they couldn’t take me to my resort because of the location. The location is in the hotel zone in Cancun. I was confused. I was very dissatisfied

I booked the morning of our flight. I was lucky because most shuttle/ transfer services require 1-2 days booking notice. Our Driver, Bismarck, was very kind, funny and knowledgeable of the area. He communicated with us via Google Translate and it worked well. I nice touch he had cold bed or water for us !
