Ophaallocaties en -tijden
**Airport Pickup:** Haal bij aankomst uw bagage op en ga naar de Aankomsthal. Uw chauffeur wacht buiten de terminal in het ophaalgebied van Ground Transportation met een bord met een oranje Cancun Travel Experience-logo. Toon uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto bij het ophalen. Uw transport staat precies 30 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht klaar voordat uw diensturen beginnen te lopen. Aankomsten: als u problemen ondervindt bij het vinden van uw chauffeur, ga dan naar een van de volgende ontmoetingspunten: - Terminal 2 (binnenlandse aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (internationale aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 bij Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 bij de welkomstbar ** Hotel Pickup: ** Uw exacte ophaaltijd wordt afgestemd met de lokale operator, uw chauffeur zal u ontmoeten in de lobby van uw hotel. Toon uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto bij het ophalen. Wees alsjeblieft klaar en wacht een paar minuten voor de bevestigde ophaaltijd.

- Houd er rekening mee dat ophalen van/van meerdere luchthaventerminals/hotels niet is toegestaan, ophaaltijden zijn gebaseerd op verkeers-/wegbeperkingen, eventuele wijzigingsverzoeken worden beoordeeld en geaccepteerd of afgewezen naar eigen goeddunken van de leverancier.
- Dit is een privéchauffeursdienst, alleen jij en je gezelschap reizen samen.
- Neem voor last-minute wijzigingen en/of vertragingen onmiddellijk contact op. Houd er rekening mee dat alle last-minute wijzigingen afhankelijk zijn van beschikbaarheid en niet kunnen worden gegarandeerd.
- Houd er rekening mee dat het dekkingsgebied alleen Cancun Downtown, Cancun Hotel Zone, Puerto Juárez, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres en Puerto Morelos omvat.
- De duur van uw service gaat in zodra de eerste passagier in het voertuig stapt.
- De terugkeer naar uw hotel of oorspronkelijke ophaallocatie moet binnen de duur van uw service worden overwogen.
- Onze diensten zijn beschikbaar van 05:00 uur tot 23:59 uur. Als uw gewenste tijd buiten deze uren valt, neem dan contact op om de beschikbaarheid te bevestigen.

We met a friend, who lives locally in Cancun, at the marina peurto for coffee. Our driver (Luis) dropped us off and picked us back up at the exact location at the time we specified. He also stayed on the premises in case we were ready to leave early which is why I picked this service. Great experience!

We rented a private shuttle to avoid stopping at several hotels and it was well worth it. Driver was waiting for us after we arrived at the airport with a big sign with our name so we were able to find him easily in the crowd. The driver who picked us up from the hotel to take us to the airport after our trip was also very prompt (arrived early). Both drivers (to/from) were very courteous and identified themselves and verified our name and bookings. We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend.

Picked us up at airport; in a crowded and overwhelming environment Sergio had a sign held up high and professional. He kindly treated us and made us feel at home and took us to our transport. Opened the doors for the ladies and loaded all our luggage. Was kind enough to stop at store to allow us to get situated with adult beverages. Great clean ride; very courteous and professional; would hire again in a heartbeat. Our driver Sergio was top notch, super knowledgeable with great advice.
