• Dit SIC-routevoertuig wordt ingedeeld op basis van het aantal deelnemers op de dag (auto/bus/bus)
• Zorg ervoor dat uw mobiele telefoonnummer actief is en bereikbaar is tijdens de reisperiode

• Ophaaltijd en chauffeursgegevens worden 1 dag voor activiteit dag in de avond per e-mail bijgewerkt. Controleer uw e-mail (inbox / spam mailbox) 1 dag voor (na 20:00)
• Tijdens grote festivals zijn er wegafsluitingen en files. De terugreis kan alleen worden verzonden naar het afgiftepunt dat het dichtst bij het hotel ligt volgens de wegomstandigheden die dag. De specifieke locatie wordt op dat moment door de chauffeur bepaald. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.
• Ophalen bij GESELECTEERD hotel [Minimaal 2 volwassenen] : geselecteerde Hotels/Residenties/Suite in Kuala Lumpur City Gouden Driehoek gebied (behalve Pudu gebied, ChowKit, KL Sentral, Brickfields, Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown, Hotel Olympic Maleisië, Hotel Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Hotel YWCA Kuala Lumpur)
• Individuele / individuele reizigers geaccepteerd om deel te nemen als we al geregistreerde deelnemers hebben. Individuele reizigers stand-by bij Berjaya Times Square Hoofdingang voor pick-up. (Neem contact met ons op voor de beschikbaarheid te controleren)
• Zorg dat u 15 minuten voor de geplande vertrektijd aanwezig bent in de lobby/ingang van het hotel.
• Aangezien dit een gedeelde tour is, gelieve geduld te hebben in geval van onvoorziene vertragingen langs de ophaalroute.
• Voor ophalen buiten het dekkingsgebied geldt een toeslag van minimaal RM50/auto (toeslag en ophaaltijd worden per ophaallocatie bepaald), toeslag die direct contant aan de bestuurder moet worden betaald
• Neem uw eigen paraplu of regenjas mee in geval van regen, want de tour gaat door zoals gepland, zelfs bij natte weersomstandigheden

Melvin is a terrible tour guide :(

Cameron highlands is great but the tour guide Melvin was terrible. Not sure if we could even call him a guide. He was very rude and also he was busy on his phone all the time. Not even concerned if all of us in our group should even know where to go or what to do. He was also very rude to our fellow travellers. No one would approach him or dare ask anything from him as he would raise his voice and become very un-approachable. None of our group members enjoyed the tour because of his attitude and also wanted it to end soon (After paying for the whole tour, in advance). Sad experience. I was hesitant to write this review as all other guides by Ivy Holidays have always been fantastic. But because of this experience we switched to other tour companies for our Malaysia tour

For nature lovers

The 3 hour ride (half of which was quite mountainous), was a bit rough on my stomach. However the experience we got out of it was amazing. Especially recommended for people who have a shorter stay in Kuala Lumpur only, so that you can see the country side of Malaysia and its indigenous people and their lifestyles.

Very nice trip with sasi our funny tour guied

The trip was very good overal i enjoyed the tea plantation and waterfall the most Sasi our tour guied is super funny and knowledgeable i really loved his presentation of the history and informative way along the trip

Unforgettable trip

Great Cameron Highlands tour

Great complete tour of the Cameron Highlands. Cameron Valley Tea is breathtaking. Some spots (like Agro Market) do feel a bit artificial, but it's still a nice place to visit. The lunch was delicious and generous. Our guide, Sasi, provided a lot of information about the history of Cameron Highlands. He also made an additional stop at some local village, where a local showed us how they hunt in the mountains. Hotel pick-up was also a plus, with easy communication. Definitely recommend.

Nice tour

I enjoyed this tour, the ride was long but beautiful! Sasi our guide was excellent. He told us a lot about the native culture and history of the area. I recommend this tour if you want to go to Cameron highlands but don’t have enough time to spend a couple nights there.
